Wonderful hygienist and dentist, informative and quick. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Furthermore, it was the cleanest most comfortable dentist I had ever visited. Therefore I was very impressed by their professionalism and cleanliness of there office and dental rooms.

My visit to Aberdeen Smiles today was excellent from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere the moment I walked in. The office was spotless, organized, and very clean, which made the experience even more reassuring. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly with patience and care. This was my first time visit to Dr Ky and her assistant Kaitlyn and the Aberdeen smiles team. It was just an absolutely all around superb and delightful experience. Dr. Ky was extremely knowledgeable, a delight to talk to, explained things in a way that made my situation. Very understandable. Five stars, would recommend them. In fact, I’m gonna recommend my wife and 3 Adult sons go set up an appointment with Dr. Ky.

The doctor here needs a bit of touch up on her bedside. I feel she has completely gone nose blind to the fact that patients are still people, and deserve to be talked to and treated as such. Let me begin by saying the hygienist and the assistant were very pleasant. They both had a kind nature about them that felt very warm and reassuring. They both took the time introduce themselves and let me know each step of the way what they were doing and checked in to reassure my comfort levels. Dr Ky on the other hand not so much. Upon her walking in the room I said hello and good morning, she said nothing and instantly started talking to the assistant. No hello how are you, I'm Dr such and such etc.... No proper first time meeting greetings from her. Between the fast talking, cold demeanor, being rough in my mouth, and just making me feel like I was wasting her time. Going back was definitely not an option. So I drove 3 hours away to Sioux Falls to Modern Dental and got some of THE BEST dental service I've ever gotten. The more I have ran into people that have been to Aberdeen Smiles not one person has had a single positive thing to say. Being a great Dr/Dentist is more than being able to do the job, you also have to remember why you got into the field. To Help People! Not make them feel less than, worthless, or dumb.

Very friendly, professional and excellent experience. I was extremely impressed with the staff and their introductory of my care. Dr. Kie was extremely thorough and explained all to me. This is a great provider and I deeply suggest if you are looking for a great dentist. Aberdeen Smiles is the choice.

I love Aberdeen Smiles! Great crew! I used to hate going to the dentist, but Ellen has completely restored my faith in dental care. She has given me the best dental experience both times I’ve been back—kind, professional, gentle, and truly caring throughout each visit. Highly recommend!
