South Airdrie Smiles

We have had an amazing experience at South Airdrie Smiles with Dr. Sandhu and her wonderful assistant. We travelled from Red Deer to have our son Finn's tongue and lip tie treated, and they were kind enough to accommodate us with a same-day procedure, which meant so much to our family. As a first-time mom with a lot of anxiety, I was so nervous, but they made me feel completely at ease. They were patient, reassuring, and answered every question without ever making me feel silly. The procedure itself was so quick and gentle that Finn barely even reacted. What really stood out to me is that they don't charge for follow-up appointments to check on your baby's healing. Every follow-up has been just as warm and caring as the first visit. You can truly tell they care about their patients and families, not just the procedure itself. I can't thank Dr. Sandhu and her team enough for making such a stressful experience feel so comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone needing tongue or lip tie treatment for their little one. ❤️

They have great customer service, are truly genuine and compassionate, and have went above and beyond to help my 11 year feel safe abd relaxed for his first (and hopefully only) filing. They did these Happy Visits for my son, to slowly get him adjusted to visiting the dentist. I’ve been going here for over three years now. My son goes happily and is familiar with the staff at this point. They truly cared about his experience with the dentist. I enjoyed their service so much that I transferred my care there myself.

I am one who has never really liked going to the dentist, let’s be honest I still don’t love it. Haha Going here I don’t get as nervous and they take great care of me. My granddaughter enjoys going to the dentist and she had a bunch of cavities that was fixed all at one shot. She was a trouper but that was also because of the amazing staff. I recommend them to anyone who asks about a dentist.

I recently had my wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr. Sandhu and a root canal performed by Dr. Emily, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. Both doctors were extremely professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. A special thanks to their assistants, who guided me step by step and made the entire experience so much easier. Their patience, clear instructions, and support really helped calm my nerves. I highly recommend this dental team! Excellent service and truly caring staff.
