Airway Heights is the most Friendly, comfortable, amazing dental experience that I had. They accommodated me immediately, which I appreciate it very much. Both Dr. Alan and Derek were very attentive very kind. They explained everything and I had the most amazing experience with this office. Thank you so very much. this office is the best

Why are dentists evil? So I've been having some bad pain for 3 days also I work 10 hrs a day in the sun. My poor wife felt bad and forced me to take a day off for an "emergency appt" with this place. She called and explained my situation to the person there and they said they could "see" me. (Safe language intentionally...) Well I take the day off (immediately losing 300 dollars in pay....) for the Emergency appt. I get in there expecting to get work done but no, they take all the xrays and photos and bill the insurance of course. When it come time to decide what to do they give me this huge bill, while I'm mulling it over (it's a lot of money, but its also like 3 toothaches....) The lady gets visibly annoyed, I try to tell her well I only have today to make the decision, which she responds with "I never said we could do it today, the nearest appt is like a month from now." Now her attitude is way different like a corrections officer. Dentists are all nice if you are wealthy or on state dental, but when it comes to blue collar workers who have to pay from their child's food fund, they become straight evil. Guess I'll try the wives tale tricks to deal with the pain long enough to find a place that doesn't look down on my kind.

I started with the practice in 1992, initially with Dr Menke until his retirement and then Dr Cazan. Dr Cazan and staff are fantastic . I appreciate that Dr Cazan explains treatment rational, but does not try to upsell treatments or cosmetics. As a retired physician I appreciate his thoughtful scientific approach. His hygienists have also been superb

I had a visit with Dr. Cazan and Kailee. Both we amazing! Kailee was very through with explaining everything that was going to happen, answered all my questions with kindness, patience, and detailed responses. Both were very supportive of me taking the lead in my treatment while offering professional advice. Dr Cazan was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Kailee was super sweet, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. Great people!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Went in for a cleaning. Didn't get any warm fuzzies from staff. Was told my enamel was wearing thin and would need crowns....On most of my teeth. Wasn't till my next visit six months later when a very kind hygienist even offered enamel restorative toothpaste. Got a crown done on my next visit -which took three hours because they really wanted to do a root canal and left there with a lockjaw I am still dealing with 6 months later. Will not go back. Ever.
