This office is a class act. From the disposable tooth brushes and hand lotion in the restroom to the complimentary water bottles and mints in the front. The dentist I saw, Ryan, is a younger man who is a prosthodonist that isn't afraid to remove appliances that have been left by other dentists. Mine was an implant crown post that was stripped. He drilled it right out and fixed it! Thank you, Ryan!
This was hands down the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a dentist’s office. The surrounding were pleasant and clean, the staff was knowledgeable and very understanding about my needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist and am looking forward to receiving dental services from them.
i have been going here since i was a kid, and now i’m almost 20. i can confidently say that 9.5/10 times i have had amazing experiences with every visit. they have always been welcoming and accommodating from the start, especially considering i was a very anxious child. i got my wisdom teeth removed here and the surgery went very smoothly, and i have had multiple cavities filled throughout the years with no problems. i have never felt like my concerns or questions would go unanswered or disregarded, and i have always been treated with dignity and respect despite having personal issues and disabilities! even when i’ve hit rough patches in my personal life, they have been so so kind and understanding when my oral health suffers because of it. i would like to give a special thanks to my hygienist of many years now, mckenzie. she has been so kind and caring as well as attentive and communicative. thank you for being there for me! overall, it’s a very comfortable place to be, and i’d say the staff makes being at the dentist the best experience it can be. :-)
Truly the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I have multiple medical conditions (autoimmune & autoinflammatory) that have completely destroyed my teeth over the last 8 years or so. They literally rot from the inside out & fall apart with zero warning. I’m currently in the process of extracting all of my teeth & getting implants with snap on dentures. I’m only 47 years old so this has been an extremely painful, humiliating & traumatic experience since the very first extraction back in 2018 (done by a different dentist) but since seeing Carson he has made the process as painless as possible both physically & emotionally. I had another set of extractions yesterday & he made me feel so safe. His office is a judgement free zone where I don’t have to be ashamed of my teeth, I can cry about it without feeling more embarrassed because the staff makes me feel ok about everything (& might be crying right along with me! Their empathy is unmatched.). I would never have even started this process without Carson’s support & expertise. He promised that I will smile again one day without shame, fear & most importantly without anymore physical pain. I’ve been to a lot of dentists throughout my life but none of them have made me feel as safe & cared for as Carson Kutsch Dentistry, I would recommend him to absolutely everyone of you live anywhere near Albany.
Excellent staff providing excellent care. They actually listen to you & I never feel hurried. I've been a patient for 8 years. Alison is an excellent hygienist & the two doctors have done excellent work on crowns & necessary replacements for old fillings.
I am so happy that I chose Kutsch Dentistry! I have decades of dental anxiety and trauma, so when I broke my tooth last month, I got that deep feeling of dread and doom. You probably know the one. I had already been putting off going back to my other dentist, so I took the plunge and looked for someone who would be a better fit for me. Wow, I found it! My first visit was on Monday. We met with Ashley, who immediately put me at ease as she performed my x rays and talked me through all the new patient information. She is a gem. I then met Dr Kutsch, who did an exam and talked with me about what my issues and goals were. We discussed priorities and what work could wait a bit. This was huge, because in the past, dentists and staff made me feel like if I didnt get all this stuff done RIGHT NOW I would be facing huge consequences. You can imagine what that did to my anxiety (and budget). I did not feel pressured at all by Dr Kutsch. We made a plan, and they scheduled me for two days later. Ashley and Dr Bowyer are incredible. I have never had such a positive, pain free and CALM experience at the dentist. And the fact that they made my crown in house while I was there was the BEST!! No icky molds, no temporary crown, no coming back in two weeks. In less than 2 hours, I had my new crown in place, as well as a filling on a different tooth. I did take advantage of the nitrous oxide, and I am sure I will on future visits. If you have dental anxiety, please give Kutsch Dentistry a call. Tl;dr : These guys are amazing and will do great work. Highly recommend, especially if you have dental anxiety like me.
Went to Kutsch for a second opinion after a less-than-ideal appointment with a different provider. I instantly felt welcomed, heard, and well taken care of throughout- from booking the apt all the way until I walked out the door. All staff were friendly, the waiting room was cute and cozy, and the x-ray and mouth scans were super smooth and comfortable. Very impressed with the software they used, and they were upfront about what could wait, and what should be taken care of soon. Great bedside manner by all (Ashley was so sweet). This was the best experience I’ve had at a dentist, and I plan to go back.
