I'm so happy I found West Albany Dental. They use the latest techniques and technology, and the entire team is fantastic. The hygienist is gentle, efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough. She doesn't miss a step! She actually taught me how to properly brush my teeth. I was "today years old," people! And it's already made a difference. The receptionist is on top of things and pleasant to interact with. Finally, a receptionist who doesn't act put out. I've encountered that far too often in Albany. The office is clean, nicely decorated, state of the art. It's genuinely a pleasant place to be. The dentist has excellent bedside manner, takes the time to answer all of my questions, and never makes me feel rushed. They even make crowns in-house! Just an A+ team she's put together. It's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into every aspect of this practice.

We absolutely adore this place. As a mom with two young kiddos they are super family friendly and make it easy for everyone to get their teeth cleaned and taken care of. The hygienists are so friendly and patient. The best!

West Albany Dental and the staff were so friendly! Elle was lovely and listened to me and cared how I felt. Dr Hannah was very friendly and also listened. We figured out a treatment plan and we are moving forward on my dental health journey. Added bonus, they have the sweetest office pup and he came right up and jumped in my lap during my exam, I think he knew I was nervous!

Dr. Hannah always makes every visit a comfortable experience, especially since I have dental anxiety. She takes the time to ensure I feel at ease, and her work is truly exceptional. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in what she does, and it shows in the quality of her care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dentist.

Dr. Hannah and the rest of the west Albany dental staff were absolutely amazing. I had a broken tooth and was not a current patient and called and they were able to give me a quote and a next day available appointment for my emergency situation. During my extraction, Dr. Hannah was so kind, patient, and gentle with me making the entire procedure easy and as painless as possible. Would highly recommend if you struggle with dental anxiety. I felt heard, seen, and understood through the entire process. Thank you to Dr. Hannah and staff for helping me in my time of need! Will definitely be a permanent patient after this.

The team is cohesive and work together very well to help provide great care. The transition from previous ownership to the new team has gone very well and it's been a pleasure to witness. I've always received good care over the many years and they continues.

This facility is one of the BEST that I’ve been to. Dr. Glazunov and ALL of the staff go the extra mile to take care of their patients. The therapy dog named is Wiz makes it even more special. I’m grateful to be putting my dental care in their hands!

My longtime dentist retired and I was looking for a new dental office. I couldn’t be more pleased to have discovered West Albany Dental! The staff are super friendly and helpful! I had my teeth cleaned today. The hygienist was gentle and thorough. Dr Hannah is the BEST! She is knowledgeable and experienced. She evaluates the condition of my teeth and strikes a careful balance between being proactive without proposing unnecessary treatment. They use state-of-the-art equipment. Recently I had a crown done-all in the same day! No more temporaries and coming back a week later! If going to the dentist makes you anxious, they put you at ease with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I can’t recommend Dr Hannah and her staff enough! You won’t be disappointed!

I hadn’t been able to get some much needed work done on my teeth for years ( I have some dental phobia) something about Dr Hannah and her team and their patience and understanding helped me get thru all of my dental work with out issue. Also having Wiz her sweet puppy on my lap during my visit was so comforting. Dr Hannah’s dentistry is also exceptional! 10 out of 10! I highly recommend!

Today was my 1st visit with West Albany Dental. And im very happy with my visit. They are very gentle, soft spoken. And did a great job explaining the process. I would definitely recommend this office!! I was very cautious about booking with a new Dentist. As I had a bad experience with my former dentist, and I let that experience deter me from seeking a new one. Im very happy I reached out to this office. ☺️
