Perfect Smiles Orthodontics

Erin was super amazing today. I called desperately looking for an appointment for my daughter and she went out of her way to make it happen. She even came to the Woodbrudge sister office. She has amazing customer servuces skills. Thank you Erin. The Cooper family

Dr. Saleh and the technician were great, and the administrative staff was also very helpful. My only issue seems to be with the scheduling system and the Dale City office not being fully ready yet. Multiple times I’ve been scheduled for Dale City, but the appointment later changes back to the Alexandria office. Hopefully this gets resolved once the Dale City location is fully up and running.

We had to ask for a last minute reschedule for my son appointment the staff and Doctor were able to help accommodate are last minute same day appointment. The Doctor has helped two of my children teeth overbite and helped align a better smile with my children teeth

Dr Saleh was very friendly and took his time to clearly explain all potential paths and outcomes. A simple xray later we had determined next steps and they clearly outlined the costs.

Dr. Saleh is very professional, patient, and truly cares about their work. I’m extremely happy with my treatment and the results. Choosing this office was one of the best decisions I made. I highly recommend Dr. Saleh to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care!

They did a very good job with my two daughters! The staff are very friendly and the assistants do a very good job at making sure patients are comfortable while they undergo treatment!

Great doctor and an amazing staff! Everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. They made my son feel comfortable throughout the entire orthodontic process and always took the time to answer our questions. The office is welcoming, organized, and efficient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care for their child.

Our experience with Perfect Smiles has been so great. The care, attention, and professionalism we saw from doctor Fadi and doctor Besher have been impressive. My daughter’s journey with them is going great!

The communication before the visit was consistent and appropriate, confirming the appointment and rescheduling due to a family vacation. The registration process was straightforward and easy to complete electronically. And, the wait was not long. My son was escorted to a private room for his X-ray, and the explanation provided to both the parent and child was clear and direct.
