Had a great experience. Staff is very friendly and professional. All my paperwork was completed and insurance coverage verified before I arrived making the checking process easy. Dr. White explained the entire process to me and gave a chance to ask questions. All modern equipment and clean facilities. They even have a mini fridge so that you can help yourself to sparkling water or plain water, the bathroom has individually wrapped toothbrushes and mouthwash. I will highly recommend Dr. White. I’m so glad I found him.

Dr. White is extremely thorough and patient; he listened to all my concerns and took a very measured approach to my treatment, rather than jumping into invasive procedures right away. The office is spotless and the team goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and cozy with amenities like blankets, pillows, and TV with Roku 😀. They were also very helpful in providing a clear statement of services upon my request. We had a great experience at the Allen dental Lounge office. They removed my daughter’s wisdom teeth and also treated a few cavities, and the entire process was handled very smoothly. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the doctor took the time to explain everything in detail, which made us feel very comfortable and informed throughout. Everyone was both professional and genuinely caring. We’re really happy to have found this place and will definitely be returning for future care.
