I had a really, really horrible experience here a few years ago that caused me horrible fear to return to the dentist. I gave them another shot since they are in network with my insurance, and this experience was completely different. Despite my severe anxiety, everyone who took care of me at my visit was incredibly kind and patient, genuinely listening to my past experiences and helping me stay calm and walking me through everything. I only remember the name of Dr. Clarisme, who was the first dentist who did not cause me to be in pain during a dental procedure as I had to get a root canal done. Thank you so much to everyone who took care of me, and I now have a reason to take care of myself more and fear the dentist less once I get the work i need done :).

Dr. Omar and his dental assistant, Ray, are the nicest most attentive medical assistance I ever had. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the doctor, have such warm personalities. I originally came because I was having the worst tooth pain ever and needed to find a dentist just to help relieve the pain. Dr. Omar not only helped with that but let me know that it’s a temporary fix. He was so attentive to checking on me making sure I had everything even after going back to the front desk he wanted to make sure everything was worked out and clarified my prescription. He actually made me happy to get the issue fixed with a root canal, which is crazy cause being at the dentist is my least favorite thing to do. I have been dealing with a cracked tooth for so long I would have stuck with the temporary solution and just see how long that lasted. They made me feel like a true guest even for my actual root canal procedure and crown when I came back as well. Offered me a blanket when I was cold, water, and just constantly making sure I was ok through the entire process. He was so thorough and gentle making sure the issue was resolved. THEY ARE AMAZING HERE!!! 100/10

We were referred to Dr. Hom two years ago by our dentist who could not complete work on my then 7 year old son. It was a difficult tooth. Dr. Hom did a wonderful job with my son and was able to complete the root canal and place a crown. We have been coming to her since and love the office and the staff.

I have been a patient at this practice for over a year, and until today I had never experienced anything but professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience this morning completely changed my opinion. The issue began when I asked questions about an unexpected charge for what I later learned was my fourth cleaning. I wasn't refusing to pay. I simply wanted to understand why my insurance wasn't covering it. Living with lupus has included hospitalizations and flares, and I honestly may have paid this same charge before and simply didn't remember. Once it was explained, I agreed to pay. Instead of answering my questions with patience and professionalism, I felt I was spoken to in a dismissive and punitive manner. I asked to speak with a manager because of how uncomfortable the interaction had become, only to find out the person I was speaking with was the manager. After agreeing to pay, I was asked to sign paperwork so the office could submit the claim to my insurance. I signed it, even though I never received the cleaning because my appointment had been canceled. As I walked away, I quietly said, "Not today, Satan," to myself. It's a common expression that simply means I wasn't going to allow the situation to steal my peace. It was never directed at the manager. She immediately responded, "Oh, now you won't be seen. You called me Satan." I was stunned because that is not what happened. Instead of asking what I meant or attempting to de-escalate the situation, it escalated even further. Concerned that the incident would be misrepresented, I called the police myself so there would be an objective record. The responding officer interviewed an independent witness who corroborated my account of the interaction. Despite that, I was issued a criminal trespass warning from a practice where I had been a loyal patient for over a year. As someone living with lupus, unnecessary stress can have real health consequences. Instead of focusing on my health, I am now left trying to figure out how to have this trespass warning rescinded. I have to obtain police records, communicate with law enforcement, contact the practice, and potentially seek legal guidance over an incident that I believe should never have escalated this far. It has been humiliating, emotionally exhausting, and completely avoidable. This review is not about a billing dispute. I agreed to pay. It is about how a patient was treated for asking questions. Customer service is measured by how concerns are handled, especially when communication breaks down. I expected professionalism, empathy, and a willingness to de-escalate. Instead, I left feeling humiliated, denied care, and burdened with resolving the consequences of an incident that I believe was handled unfairly. I sincerely hope Dr. Caroline Clerisme personally reviews what happened and rescinds the criminal trespass warning. A practice's reputation is built not only on clinical care but also on integrity, accountability, and the way patients are treated when challenges arise.

Love Dr Omar and Ray. I have a lung disease. And they work so patently with me. They never act like I bother them when I ask for breaks. So nice and kind to me. I recommend him too anyone looking for a caring Compassionate dentist.

I had an excellent visit yesterday afternoon June 29.2026 at the Alpharetta Comprehensive Dentistry. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable. Michelle, Rochelle, these ladies are absolutely amazing! It's just hard to laugh with them working on your mouth! I'm not a fan of dentist, but this place changes your mind! I had a great experience with Alpharetta Comprehensive Dentistry. They were able to fit me in earlier than my scheduled appointment, which I really appreciated. From the moment I arrived, the team was kind and attentive—especially understanding of my anxiety when it comes to dental visits. Dr. Omar took the time to clearly explain everything and did an excellent job shaping and correcting my tooth with great attention to detail.
