My appointment was for X-rays, cleaning and checkup. Ginger is so friendly and thorough with my X-rays and cleaning. Dr Hardee was very thorough with my checkup. The entire staff knows me and my family on personal level which makes us feel comfortable about going to the dentist. I love Karr & Hardee! I’ e never had a good experience in a dentist office….until now! They are gentle, polite and very professional!! They are number one in great customer service. They can do anything from a simple cleaning to a full mouth reconstruction with no pain at all. When you walk into their office you are always greeted with a smile and acknowledgment. That is a missing link nowadays with most companies. I highly recommend Karr and Hardee to everyone!

Although I met with Dr. Allison today, others stopped by to check on me, say hi, and introduce themselves. The office staff are incredibly kind and personable. I wish I could remember who took my x-rays because she was a joy to talk with. The hygienist was amazing as well and mindful.
