WM Dental Care

I just wanted to share the fabulous experience I had at WM! This is a long one.... After 20 years, my porcelain veneers needed replacing. I researched many dental groups and asked for references and settled on WM. Boy did I make the RIGHT decision! I've spent over 15 years in the medical field, so I was absolutely thrilled when I had my first visit at WM! They are so well organized it was a DREAM! Every single employee I met was as lovely as their counterpart! Every question was answered, the team really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and the pricing and outline of services was very clear. The timeline was laid out and all my appointments were pre-scheduled.... and I never waited to be seen! We had a few supplier hitches, but the team rallied on my behalf and things went as smooth as we could expect.... I am so pleased at how they were able to accommodate the vendor error and make it fantastic for me too; even staying after hours!!! I have a beautiful new smile that I am more than thrilled with. I really have to take the time to write an EXTRA shout out to Lianne, Lidiya and Dr. Barsoum.... You guys REALLY ROCK I'm so very grateful to have met each of you!

After moving back to the area I needed a dentist. This practice was in network and had good reviews so I decided to try them out. So far I've had extensive cleaning, a root canal and a crown. EVERYONE that I've dealt with has been fantastic. Best dental experience in my almost 70 years. I am so glad I decided to go here and I highly recommend them.

Amazing first visit. So glad I switched. VIP of dental offices! They offered me a blanket and drinks. All staff had a smile. Dr. Burke was very thorough and explained everything. Very happy with this office. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Best dentist, I can't say enough, positive things , Melissa, and Lidia ,and the Doctor, are the most professional Dentists,I have ever seen my whole life. From the moment you walk into the office the Respective, Office staff to greet you and help you are amazing. The waiting area is clean, comfortable,and the atmosphere is genuinely kind. They treated me like family, and to say this dentist took great length to Take care of me. Pain free, and made me free comfortable, and caring above all Making my. Teeth amazing and healthy! So far, so good! Never thought I would say it was an enjoyable visit to the dentist. Awesome staff and Dr. Burke was wonderful and Karen is an absolute gem! Actually looking forward to getting this procedure done in early June! They make you feel at ease and so friendly and the fact my anxiety over going to the dentist can be fixed with sedation is even better!!! Thank you for such a stress-free first visit. Y'all rock.

My recent visit at WM Dental in Amherst was awesome. Beginning with the absolutely relaxing atmosphere in the office from the moment you walk in the door, to the amazing staff, I was very much impressed. My hygienist, Sarah, was outstanding ! Very friendly, professional, reassuring, etc… she was simply great. My dentist, Dr.Chang, was great as well. You can tell that everyone there really loves their jobs !
