Dentists of Arvada

I have good dental insurance and the sign on the door said $59. They had all of my insurance information before arriving. It felt more like a sale pitch from the front desk worker telling me that I needed light therapy on my gums for $800 AND I had to get deep cleaning for another $181 and I could get both done on the spot. I said nether and he said I needed the deep cleaning and the card reader was ready for the $181 charge. They had a card reader attached to the dental chair so I could not leave or have them check with insurance and schedule a time to come back. This was one of my two cleanings for the year and standard cleaning should have been covered by my insurance. They wanted me to spend $1,000 for my $59 cleaning? I did not have any cavities or pain when I scheduled the appointment, there was no dental emergency that I was being treated for. Doctor was good. Cleaning was average. I felt like it was more about selling me services I did not need instead of providing trustworthy dental care. Will not return and would not recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Dentist of Arvada! The entire team made my visit a great one. Dr. Walker and Lex are amazing at what they do, providing top-notch care. Kimberly was super efficient and friendly while taking my X-rays, and Joe's help ensured everything went off without a hitch. If you're looking for a dentist, I wholeheartedly recommend Dentist of Arvada!

I highly recommend Dentists of Arvada! Dr. Sue was extremely kind, patient, and thorough. The team is great too! They are efficient yet super friendly. I got a variety of procedures done on my teeth and felt as though I left with a brighter, cleaner, and healthier smile.

Excellent customer service, beautiful dental work. They make you feel safe and are very respectful. The whole staff from the Surgeon to Reception is Professional, kind, gentle, and it's obvious that they are highly experienced. Always willing to take the extra time to explain everything and answer questions. They work at a fast pace, but never seemed rushed. Joe at the front desk is amazing and keeps everything running smoothly. His experience with handling insurance and managing appointments is very apparent. Priscilla made sure my implant was perfect and talked me through each step before finalizing it. The whole implant process was basically pain free and turned out beautifully! The offices are welcoming and extremely clean. Best dental practice I've been to in my over 50 years of experience of going to the dentist.

Dr Ellen Walker and her team were very much professional, proficient, and patient in developing a treatment plan that works for me, that I can afford. Their dental work is also great. Love my hygienist that works in this office. I like that they make caps for your teeth right there in the office, and install on same day. LOVE this Dentistry ❣️

I'm visiting Arvada, Colorado and chipped my front tooth, semi-emerency and a bit tricky. The staff got me in the next day. Dr. Walker, listened carefully and treated my filling perfectly! Quick, efficient, painless and easy. Thank you to the staff ans Dr. Walker for your the excellent service!

I knew they were going to try to upsell me. Came in for the $59 offer, they tried to sell me a $350 cleaning afterwards, wouldn’t do what I came in for. Dentists are scammy for sure, this seems like they have taken it a step further? Nice!

I am happy to share I had a good experience here! Dr. Walker was efficient and I felt she listened to my past appropriately as a new patient with a slightly complicated dental history. I appreciated when I asked about insurance coverage before additional procedures they looked up what was covered to confirm (I’ve had issues with surprise bills in the past else where). Staff was generally friendly as well.

I saw Dr. Walker today at her new office & had a great experience from the front desk to hygienist to the doctor! Lovely office with coffee up front and small plants scattered around the waiting room, which made it feel warm & inviting. Since we are close to the holidays, the office was even decorated! Great visit with minimal wait time & I will definitely be back—I made my 6mo appt before I left! Thanks team!
