Southern Oaks Dental Care

Last Monday I went in for my 6 month check up. Yessenia was so sweet at the front when checking me in. I got to see Cierra as my hygienist again, she was amazing per usual. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly, she was very gentle and took the time to talk to me about my oral health and explained what she saw on my X-rays. Dr Patel examined my teeth then went over my X-rays with me while pointing out the weak spots I have. She was so detailed and thorough throughout my exam. I have been seeing her for several years now and I have left each time learning something new about my teeth or teeth in general. Today I took my daughter for her first dental visit, I thought she was going to throw a fit but both Dr Castillo and his assistant Lulu were so calm and patient. Dr Castillo explained in depth what I should be doing at home for my daughter and things I should be avoiding to prevent any cavities. This dental office is the best I’ve ever come across. The whole staff is profession, friendly, well educated and non judgmental.

Had an extraction done and Blanca and Dr. Castillo were the best! I was waiting for my extraction to be done and it was already completed. I didn’t feel any pain or any pressure, definitely the best dentist around! 10/10 recommend

My appointment was for a routine checkup, but the dentist spotted a small cavity before it became a bigger problem. I appreciated the careful attention to detail. It's nice knowing they focus on prevention, not just treatment.

Southern Oaks is the best Dental Clinic in Beaumont. Dr. Patel and her staff are always on time, with great attitudes and provide the most consistently reliable Dental Care in Beaumont. I’ve been going there for several years, have had a number of different procedures, and have never had a problem on any level. I highly recommend Southern Oaks and Dr. Patel.

Very nice attentive staff, they took care of me and my daughters simultaneously and made sure that my daughter was very well taken care of even though she was crying because it was her first time with a new dentist. She is excited to go back. I am as well. Theu staff and doctor where very informative, on what I needed to get done as well as the cost and break down of everything which I loved.

As a grandmother bringing my grandbabies for their first visit to Southern Oaks it was so warm hearted and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Any questions I had were answered quickly with so much patience. Everyone had a wonderful smile 😃 thanks to everyone for making me and my grandbabies time so Blessed 🙌🏽

I absolutely love this dental office! The Doctor Alexander Castillo is incredibly detailed, taking the time to explain everything about my kids’ teeth, which I really appreciate. He’s very professional, and his entire staff is so respectful, caring, and truly show love for my children. The environment is fantastic—so welcoming and perfect for kids’ dental care. I highly recommend them!
