I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Maliheh. She is incredibly kind, takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, and always makes sure I understand my treatment options. I really appreciate how honest and fair she is with her treatment plans I never feel like I’m being recommended anything unnecessary. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients and wants what’s best for them. I highly recommend Dr. Maliheh to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust!
In my opinion, this clinic engages in highly deceptive and potentially unsafe practices. Based on my experience, this clinic operates what felt like a bait-and-switch scheme designed to exploit patients in severe pain. Before booking, I called ahead and explicitly, clearly stated that I was experiencing severe oral pain and was already taking maximum-strength OTC Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and Benzocaine. The phone communication was highly ambiguous; the staff briefly stated they "don't offer treatment," which a reasonable consumer would assume meant major surgery, while omitting that they would refuse to offer any viable pain management. Once inside, I was subjected to what felt like an overly invasive questionnaire and required to take X-rays that did not result in any actual relief. I was charged over $100 for a visit that provided zero medical resolution. Most concerningly, the clinical communication appeared completely reckless. I was handed a prescription for high-strength Motrin (ibuprofen)—the exact medication I had already informed them I was taking. As the dentist was leaving, she verbally instructed me to swap my Tylenol out for the Motrin. Because I was already at maximum OTC capacity, following this advice could have led to a dangerous ibuprofen overdose. I literally had to call the dentist back into the room to correct her, pointing out that she surely meant to say swap the ibuprofen, not the Tylenol. To me, this visit demonstrated a severe lack of basic patient care and highly questionable competence. I felt scammed, ignored, and unsafe. I strongly advise potential patients to seek care elsewhere Ps to the owners I will not be calling your call back line to discuss ways to make this better.I'm not some weak minded sheep that you can lull into subservience with some overcorportized chatter, "we're not responsible." line like that. If you want to make this right , do it on the internet where the public can see
The dentist itself here is great, they are kind and gentle but front desk is HORRIBLE. Only reason I’m leaving a one star review is because this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had to get a lot done with my teeth and they gave me a treatment plan. A month after I changed insurances, I called them updating my insurance and requesting the new price due, they gave it to me and I paid the deposit for my next appt and owed about $400 left, they said. I called a few weeks later confirming my appt time and they now say I owe $6,000 for the rest of the treatment all of a sudden. I asked how it jumped from $400 to $6,000 and they said due to my insurance change. Weird because when I called a few weeks ago, they knew about my insurance change and said I still owed only $400. I explained that to the lady on the phone and she said “sorry it was a miscommunication” That’s a HUGE miscommunication, it felt like I was being lied to on the phone. The way this lady handled it on the phone was very unprofessional as well, she just kept saying “miscommunication, you owe this” wasn’t apologetic at all. If it was a hundred dollars or so miscommunication, I would’ve paid it. Save your time and money find a new dentist with a front desk that won’t communicate incorrectly about money. Edit: They say to call so they can fix this but they have my number and email in their system. Nobody has reached out. Why would I reach out when every time I do, I get horrible customer service? The way they’re handling this, I am letting everybody I know to stay away from this place.
Jennifer and Dr.Adam are AMAZING! I am very picky and honestly the whole team from the front desk (Raul) to all the techs are friendly and not pushy, knowledgeable and offering options!! This place has all the newest X-ray machines and their care is mind blowing with new crowns printed within a session and fitting almost instantly!!! Lazers!! 3d Printing!! Thank you Cedar Hills Modern Dentistry team!!!! The mouthwash sample and gum care toothpaste they offered were amazing too!!
I recently had a 6 month appointment with Dr. Adam and have previously seen Dr. Tran. I have been very pleased with both of their work and would recommend them to others. The assistant Deanna was very nice and made the x-rays and polishing very comfortable and easy. The entire staff is very nice, and Raul was very helpful with scheduling.
I’m generally not one to say “I love my dentist” but Cedar Hills Modern Dentistry changed that for me. It’s not only close to my home which makes the commute easier but the whole staff from the front desk to the dentist to the hygienist are amazing. They explain everything including cost breakdown and work with your schedule and your needs. I got my teeth deep cleaned and it felt a bit like a facial where they extract clogged pores so I bit of discomfort but it was quite relaxing especially when listening to music on my headphones. So happy I found this dentists office. I love my dentist.
