Floss & Gloss Dental Clinic

I drove by Dr. Patel’s office and stopped in to get a cleaning done and have x-rays done to see what else needed to be done. Javier was wonderful doing a deep cleaning on my teeth! Dana was great flossing and polishing my teeth afterwards and also doing a fluoride treatment to keep any cavities at bay. Dr. Patel herself was very thorough with my examination and gave me a great treatment plan. She also has a wonderful bedside manner and makes you feel relaxed. I will be back for my future visits.

I always have an amazing experience when I visit this dental office! From the moment you walk in, everyone is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel completely at ease. A special thank you to my dental assistant, Snow! She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. Her friendly personality and positive attitude made the whole experience so much better. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients.

Honestly, I had a great visit overall. As a new patient, I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming the staff was from start to finish. Claudia was incredibly kind and helpful over the phone when scheduling my appointment, making the process easy and stress-free. When I arrived, I was greeted right away, and Snow took the time to check me in and explain the entire process with genuine care and kindness. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a friendly and professional team.

Seriously, I can't recommend Floss & Gloss enough. The entire staff was incredible. I took my mom there for a second opinion about several concerns, and from start to finish, everyone was kind, thorough, and attentive. Fatima was very meticulous with the X-rays, and Dr. Patel took the time to listen to all of our concerns and explain everything clearly. After she went over the recommended treatment plan, I had quite a few follow-up questions, and Tracie and Lucy were so patient and helpful in answering every one of them. I genuinely felt like I could trust the entire team and that they had my mom's best interests at heart. It gave me peace of mind knowing my mom is in good hands. Grateful for Floss & Gloss :)

My experience at Floss and Gloss has been excellent. Snow is the real MVP. I was really nervous and she made me feel really comfortable. Her attention to detail and professionalism are amazing. The entire staff at floss and gloss are awesome, they are very thorough. My favorite thing about floss and gloss is that my entire experience was paperless and tech friendly. I highly recommend floss and gloss for your dental needs and concerns.

What an amazing experience! That is saying a lot considering how much I dislike the dentist. I went in for a deep clean and evaluation. The front desk receptionists were extremely welcoming. They got me setup and ready very quickly. Javier accomplished my deep cleaning and made it very easy. He kept me distracted with excellent communications and obviously great skill. He is a Marine, so you know he takes his job seriously. Dr. Patel did my examination and was very informative on what needed to be accomplished. She is very professional, yet very personable. She talked me through every step and kept me very comfortable while performing her work. She did an absolutely amazing job. I will not hesitate to go back to this dentist office for any cleanings or procedures that I might require in the future.
