Everyone in the office greeted us with a smile. Of course, schedules get busy and we had a little bit of waiting before we had our consultation. But we were checked in on a few times to make sure we were doing good. That was nice. The wait was definitely worth it. Dr. Joseph was fantastic. I loved that he addressed our daughter since it his her mouth that will be get the work done on. He talked to her so she could understand what to expect and gave her all the details needed to be ready for her braces. And of course, answered my few questions too. The Billing department was just as nice, you really felt like you have been going there your whole life. We cannot wait to start this process with you. And give our daughter the best smile she can possibly have.

Had our consultation with Dr. Joseph LaPonzina and we will definitely be using him for our daughters expander!! The office staff were so nice and the office is beautiful. Dr. LaPonzina made us feel so comfortable. Excited to see the difference in a few years!!

Dr LaPonzina was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure my son and I fully understood all the options and treatment . Staff is very nice and patient. Office very clean and professional. Dr. Laponzina and his team are the best. Very professional but genuine. They did my braces years ago. My teeth ended up shifting slightly only where I would notice (my fault for not wearing my retainer) and Dr. Laponzina told me if it were him he wouldn’t spend the money since it was minor. I appreciated that he wasn’t just looking for a buck and actually gave me his honest opinion. I ended up getting them anyways and the process was nothing but smooth and my teeth look great! Thank you Dr. L and your team.

I had such a great experience at this office! I was honestly pretty nervous about coming in and needing braces again as an adult, but the staff did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel embarrassed or judged. The whole environment is friendly and supportive, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. I’m really grateful for how smoothly they made the experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone—especially other adults who might be nervous about getting orthodontic treatment again!

Dr. Laponzina is the best doctor I’ve had! I first saw him in middle school for braces, and even now in my adulthood, he remembers me and my spacing issues very well and is quick to accommodate my needs. The office staff are equally kind and attentive to patients. Setting up appointments, even last minute ones, are simple and never take too long to coordinate despite his large clientele, which is impressive. I really don’t think there’s a better orthodontist out there. Thank you, Dr Laponzina and team, for all you do!

Came here to get an expander replacement. Ms. Patty was so thorough and patient. I especially love that she talked to my kid directly and walked him through what she’s doing. She repeatedly confirmed what we are doing to make sure we get the right thing. Ms. Kim was amazing as always. Fit us in a last minute appointment and even gave us an alternative and more affordable option for our replacement. The facility is clean and comes with lots of advanced technology. What an impressive orthodontic practice. Highly recommend!
