The office was clean and the staff provided a detailed exam and treatment plan. However, I felt uncomfortable during the cleaning when the hygienist and another staff member discussed my oral hygiene in the third person while I was still in the chair. I heard a comment along the lines of “looks like she never…” followed by a surprised response from the other staff member. I understand that clinical staff need to communicate during treatment, but I would have preferred any concerns to be explained directly to me and in a neutral, respectful way. Since I was unable to respond while being treated, the interaction felt judgmental and affected my trust in returning for the recommended deep cleaning.

I’ve been going to this dental office for over a year now and can attest to the professionalism and quality of all the staff! Top notch experience every time. Dr. Ip is very kind and gentle, exactly what you want in your dentist, and everyone there always has such a positive attitude. Shoutout to Gray who is also an amazing dental hygienist, I always look forward to my dental appointments!

If you would like to try a new experience with dental office, this office is definitely for you! I found them on social media and decided to give it a shot although I lived a little far away from Bellevue. I have never felt so comfortable at dental office until I visited Bellevue Dental Studio. The office was clean, modern, everything was set up perfectly and patient friendly. Dr. Jonathan was super friendly! he went over all of the concerns I had. He also pointed out things I needed to look out as he was going over the X-ray images. Like other reviews mentioned, the whole operation staff from front desk, Dental assistant were above and beyond, they made me feel like a friend instead of a patient. I have already recommended this place to my husband, and will continue to recommend more people in the future!

Had a dental emergency and chipped my tooth while visiting family. Found Dr. Ip's office and gave them a call. They were able to see me immediately. Christelle the assistant was very kind and efficient. Dr Ip was very personable and was able fix my chip immediately. I highly recommend Dr Ip and his office.
