It's like following your recommend maintenance with your vehicle. It's important to have regular cleanings and check ups for your teeth. The entire staff is very friendly and informative even if you show up for your appointment a day in advance. Great work and thank you!
Starting this by saying their dental work was very good and I appreciate that. But.. I asked if they took my insurance and they said they did. What I did not know was that they were out of network. I had two appointments before I got any mention of a bill. I wish they had billed me in a reasonable time after the first appointment for me to realize the insurance issue. I got blind sided with almost 2k in bills from all of this.. Be sure to ask if they are in network, and maybe an estimate before you get work done!
I have gone to Micucci Family Dentistry for over 40 years. I started with Jay and Bryan's father and when Jay graduated from dental school, moved over to his care. He is my main dentist, but Bryan has filled in an emergency. They are both caring dentists and put you at ease with their calm and easy-going demeanors. They do excellent work. I have never had to have work done over again. Gail and Leslie in the front office are very efficient and personable. I recommend Micucci Family Dentistry very highly. I am one very happy client!
Wish I could give more stars. The care and skill of Dr. Jay & Dr. Bryan is exceptional. Gail & Leslie always greet me like family when I arrive and are fantastic at ensuring all of my needs are met for my visits. Micucci Family Dentistry is knowledgeable and friendly and I have only ever had terrific experiences in my visits over the years.
I highly recommend Micucci Family Dentistry. I love the staff. They have always been friendly and professional. Dr. Jay and Dr. Bryan are very knowledgeable and thorough.
