I was supposed to see Dr. Maria Yeo but Dr. Patel checked my teeth & did the routine cleaning. They gave me the appointment date to see Dr. Yeo but didn’t tell me why she wasn’t there when I came in. I waited for quite a while for Dr. Patel to clean my teeth & didn’t even apologize for his long delay when he came to see me. No one even told me while sitting in the dental chair that there would be a delay. Very unprofessional! The atmosphere in the clinic is not friendly at all. My 1st visit as a new patient wasn’t very pleasant, so uncomfortable & unimpressive. I don’t think I want to go back there again.

Horrible experience! Don't waste your time and money and definitely don't risk your health! Short story: Great cleaning, worst experience of my life at a dentist after. Long story: I had to find a new dentist in network, I went in and had xrays and a cleaning, that all went great but I was told I needed a "really deep" cavity filled. Odd, my last dentist didn't mention that that. I come back, it is another doctor doing the filling but the same assistant Tessa who did my cleaning. Terrible. Doctor numbs and drills fine, leaves Tessa to do the filling while he works on another patient. Tessa struggled putting spacers in, kept having to jam them back in after they fell out, very uncomfortable but hey...it's the dentist. (I always loved the dentist before, but I start realizing there is a stigma for a reason.) She drops something, runs out of the room, returns, tries to finish, grinds teeth that are not the tooth they worked on, runs out again, comes back and tries another grinder, drops it in my mouth (maybe it slipped and wasn't dropped? I'm still numb but the metal hits my bottom teeth under where she is working) she runs out again and talks to the doctor, he comes in and says it's just wax on my teeth from the spray. They say it's normal for my mouth to hurt or be sensitive for a few weeks, but that it will go away...it never goes away. I call, no answer, I leave a message. I call, no answer, I leave a message. Just over a week before my next cleaning (so six months later) I try to contact them again to cancel my cleaning and get my xrays transferred to a new dentist. You guessed it, no answer and no return call after my voicemail. A week before my "next cleaning" (today) I get a text about my appointment they still haven't canceled. I call again and finally get someone! Jessica puts me "on hold" and hangs up on me. I call back. She puts me on hold again saying she is getting her office manager. Comes back, tells me she will have Stacy the office manager call me back. Stacy never calls. I call again. Automatic hold that then leads to voicemail I left a voicemail saying at this point I am very much so not happy. I want my xrays and I want to never have to talk to them again. Jessica calls right back...and puts me on hold. Stacy comes on! Oh, no...just kidding, Stacy needs to put me on hold as well to talk to a patient and at this point I am DONE with this place. When Stacy finally "comes back" (I wasn't on hold, I was listening to her talk to another patient, I guess she just put the phone down) she tells me to come back in so they can see what happened. Nope. Hard pass. You don't get to get anywhere near my mouth again and you're so incompetent you can't answer a phone or return a phone call, I don't want anything to do with you. Then they insist that if I want my own xrays I have to pay $25. Not happy about this, pissed actually, but hey if it means I never have to talk to them again then fine. She can't get my card entered properly, it take her THREE times until she finally gets it. My mouth is messed up and some other poor dentist is going to see what they can do to help fix it. Raw deal for both of us and only Dr. Maria Lourdes Yeo and Associates makes out with the cash. DO NOT GO HERE.

I had a great experience at Dr. Maria Lourdes Yeo’s Dental Office. Dr. Yeo and her team are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their patients. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visits. The office is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I’m very happy with the care I received and would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dental team.

Highly recommend! Love the Staff at the front desk. Very polite & respectful. I would highly recommend going here for anything! Dr Patel did my extraction which went smoothly. The lady that was assisting him was singing the whole time haha I loved it. Good vibes overall there! Definitely found my new spot.

I’ve finally found a dentist I trust! The office is easy to get to with plenty of parking. The staff is super friendly, especially Stacy at the front desk. Dr. Yeo and her assistant were excellent, and the online appointment system made everything so convenient. Highly recommend this place!

The receptionist was friendly and efficient, and the X-ray technician made the process quick and comfortable. I really appreciated that the dentist took the time to personally clean my teeth — it showed great care and attention to detail. Overall, a professional, friendly, and well-run practice.
