Huge wait times - Nurse took care of all the x-rays on time, but waited 45 mins after that for dentist to come. Wait time for regular teeth cleaning appointment is 4 months, as they are currently short on dental hygienists. I wouldnt have booked the regular appointment, if I know they are short on hygienists. That is a basic treatment you expect from a dental care facility.

Incredibly unreliable. No matter how far in advance my husband and I schedule our appointments, they end up being canceled because of “staffing issues.” The frustrating part is this isn’t a one-time occurrence. I have text messages in the same conversation threads showing the exact same cancellation happened a year ago and again six months ago. After one of those cancellations, we were placed on a “priority” waitlist for an appointment that had originally been scheduled a full year in advance. At that visit, both the receptionist and the dentist recommended scheduling our next annual appointments immediately to make sure we could be seen on time. It didn’t make a difference. I just received another text, only two days before my appointment, telling me it has been canceled again and that I’ll be placed on a shortlist for the next available opening…? What. And if you are lucky enough and your appointment isn’t canceled by the office, they send a confirmation text the day before at 10am. If you don’t respond by 2:00 p.m., they’ll cancel your appointment anyway even if you had confirmed prior, but miss the 10-2pm reconfirmation window... cancelled. That’s not a reasonable policy for people who work full-time and are in meetings all day…. The office feels grossly mismanaged. The actual dental care I’ve received was fine, but on the two occasions I was actually seen, I was forgotten in the exam room both times. Another odd experience is that the husband dentist performed my initial exam, but any follow-up work has to be scheduled with the wife dentist even though you’ve never met or been evaluated by her. It feels like a strange and uncomfortable way to manage patient care. Unfortunately, after multiple years of canceled appointments and scheduling issues, I can’t recommend this practice.

Dr. Bell is an amazing doctor so understanding supportive non-judgmental on my bad teeth. Always there to take me in and do the correct work and replace work that's been very old. The office assistance and dental technicians are also phenomenal. Everybody is so polite and full of genuine care. Great place to go and chat while you can before you're numb and the work is outstanding. Thank you Dr. Bell and everyone at brightridge!

My experiences at Bright Ridge Dental have been nothing but positive. The very kind ladies that tend to me ensure that I feel comfortable and taken care of, & I always have a good chat with every hygienist/dentist that comes into the room. I’ve even enjoyed and sat comfortably through procedures that would otherwise be stressful. I highly recommend choosing this office for your care.

I have been bringing my entire family to this dental office for many years, and unfortunately my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. At my last appointment, I specifically requested to be scheduled with my usual hygienist. Despite this, I was scheduled with someone else. This has happened before, so I was already concerned. When I arrived, I respectfully discussed my preferences and asked the hygienist about her process. She explained that she polishes first and then scales. I shared that I was uncomfortable with that approach based on continuing education I’ve taken, which indicates polishing is typically done last to avoid potential micro-abrasions that could contribute to quicker tartar buildup. I was not rude or confrontational, but clearly upset— I simply expressed my concerns and asked that the office manager call me so we could address the scheduling issue. The office manager did call, apologized, and stated she would reschedule me with the appropriate hygienist. However, several days later I received another call informing me that they had decided to terminate our relationship entirely — not just for me, but for my children as well, who have been patients there their entire lives. This felt abrupt and disproportionate, especially after being told the issue would be resolved. Talk about whiplash! I am also neurodivergent, which this office is aware of. Consistency, clear communication, and understanding are especially important for me in healthcare settings. I did not feel that my needs were accommodated or that there was an effort to be understanding of this. The overall experience did not feel inclusive, and it left me with the impression that unless patients fit a very specific mold, they are not welcome. I understand that differences in clinical approach can happen, but dismissing a long-time family of patients for respectfully asking questions and requesting consistent scheduling is disappointing. I would have appreciated a conversation aimed at resolution rather than being dismissed altogether. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this office to families looking for continuity of care and open communication.

I had a wonderful experience if you can even say that about going to the dentist. I am a new patient that came with a broken tooth. They worked me in quickly and had me fixed in no time. Every effort was made to make me comfortable and keep me informed. The staff were great and caring. It really was a very good experience. Thank you Dr KC Dietz and staff.

Cleaning with the hygienist was thorough and meticulous; she was also gentle and informative. Check-up with Dr. KC was also excellent. He took the time to explained everything regarding my teeth, mouth care and a detailed follow-up recommendation was comprehensive. The entire office staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this superior dental office!
