The ortho team was fantastic my braces feel comfortable and teeth are looking straighter every day! Juli changed braces color and was super nice and asked if everything felt okay after replacing my wire too. Love this dentist place!

Something is wrong! I been trying to schedule an appointment but nobody answers the phone. An April 20th 2026 one of the receptionist said that the system it wasn't working and she ask me for my phone # and date of birth of one of my kids. She said to call me back when the system) gets fixed. Today is April 28th 2026 and I hadn't heard from Brite Dental office.

if i could i would put zero stars but i had an extremely upsetting experience at Brite Dental, specifically with the orthodontist Dr. Shaymaa Mohsin. This has been, by far, the worst orthodontic experience I’ve ever had. My treatment has been dragged out for an unreasonable amount of time, and I repeatedly experienced long delays in receiving my aligner trays with little to no explanation. When I finally asked a simple and reasonable question—why my treatment was taking so long and why my aligners were delayed—I was met with hostility instead of professionalism. Dr. Shaymaa Mohsin yelled at me, became aggressive, and then kicked me and my mother out of the office for asking questions about my own treatment. She then instructed the receptionist not to speak to me, leaving me unattended and without any guidance or support. I was later informed that all of my appointments were canceled, with no proper discussion, transition of care, or concern for my ongoing treatment. As a patient, I felt completely disrespected, dismissed, and abandoned. No patient should ever be treated this way for advocating for themselves or asking basic questions about their care. I strongly do not recommend Dr. Shaymaa Mohsin or Brit Dental to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment. Professionalism, communication, and basic patient respect were completely lacking!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by this company. The management at this location demonstrates a consistent lack of professionalism. The office manager communicates with patients in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, while front desk staff frequently engage in personal conversations instead of attending to patients or answering phone calls. This issue extends beyond a single location. I was referred from one office to another multiple times without receiving any assistance or resolution. While I understand that medical offices can experience delays due to late arrivals or walk-in patients, this does not justify the unprofessional attitude and disregard shown toward patients. My mother received treatment at this office and paid for a denture that was never delivered. When she requested a refund, she was repeatedly told that the office was not responsible for issuing refunds and was directed to contact other departments by email. Despite multiple attempts, no one followed up or resolved the issue. Additionally, a former employee informed me of ongoing workplace issues, including a doctor who is reportedly disrespectful toward staff. Instead of addressing these concerns, management allegedly replaces them, allowing the problem to continue unaddressed. There are also serious health and safety concerns. On multiple visits, I observed roaches and rats in treatment rooms, which is unacceptable for a medical facility. These conditions raise significant concerns regarding sanitation and patient safety. I have visited this office several times, and each visit has involved issues with staff professionalism, management, or facility conditions. Due to the unresolved refund issue and the unsafe environment, I am considering further action. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I will be contacting OSHA for these concerns.
