K2 Dentistry At Bethlehem

Dr. Jason is a great dentist. He is gentle, experienced and cares about the patients, but today reminded me why I always cancel or arrive late with them. I hate this office with a passion. They lack patient care, at least for me, do not explain things well for what is needed and the process that needs to be completed. If I never asked, I would not have known what they intended to complete for my treatment. The office manager or the lady at the front desk checkout, spoke loudly about me in the waiting area after the staff member told her that I wanted to reschedule with Dr. Jason even though I told the scheduler when I made the appointment that I wanted Dr. Jason. Never was I told that they made my appointment based on an existing treatment plan. Instead she is speaking loudly about me being late(10 minutes) and that they were not going to give me another appointment and then proceeds to tell everything that I needed completed. Keep in mind, agin, this is in the waiting area where people were sitting. I was shocked because all the staff member said was that “she wants Dr. Jason.” No respect. I didn’t feel comfortable anymore. I let the hygienist explain to me after requesting an explanation of treatment. I told her that I would like to schedule with Dr. Jason as I was oblivious to what was needed. The checkout “manager” said that they would not hold another appointment. I’m okay with that. I don’t want to be treated by those type of people even though they are staff. She could have politely explained their late policy, Dr. Jason’s schedule and that they will have to work me in instead of giving me another appointment. She violated my privacy by yelling announcing my treatment plan to the entire waiting room. Again, no respect. For those who know what I’m explaining, you know what I’m explaining. Go where you are wanted, respected, loved and valued. I’m grateful for this experience because it will force me to find the care that I need so that I can have optimal dental care!

I cannot recommend this dentist office enough. The staff are very nice and informative. Every person I spoke with treated me with kindness, and when I did need to have work done they made sure I was in no pain before they moved forward. As long as my insurance takes them, I will continue to go to this dentist and you should too.

If I could leave more than five stars, I absolutely would. I’ve been coming to this office for over two years, and honestly, if I could leave a new review after every visit, I would. As a business owner myself, I know that the quality of the service you provide and the quality of your customer service are often two completely different things. It’s rare to find a business that truly excels at both, but this office does exactly that. The entire staff is incredible. Everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The office has such a positive, inviting atmosphere, and even though they’re consistently busy, they somehow never seem to miss a call or make you feel like just another patient. Let’s be honest, going to the dentist is usually not something anyone looks forward to. But this team has completely changed that for me. They make every visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible, and it’s one of the few medical offices I genuinely don’t dread going to. Thank you to the entire team for consistently providing such an exceptional experience. You all have set the standard for what outstanding patient care and customer service should look like. I recommend this office to everyone I know!

My family and I had a great experience here! I went to a dentist in Winder prior to K2. That dentist told me I had 10 cavities!! They filled one and it was an awful experience and they said I needed sedation for the rest. K2 found one cavity and had it filled in what felt like 5 minutes. I was nervous going in based on my experience elsewhere, but Dr. Leydecker was amazing! It was the BEST dental experience I’ve had. I would recommend K2 to anyone. They see my kids also and do a wonderful job with their ages. We saw Lauren and Vivienne!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to hands down! They are always willing to work with me when I reschedule a million times 🙂 or anything else we need. The front desk staff is always happy and you can tell they truly love their jobs! Each time I’ve had a cleaning or procedure, the hygienists and dentists have made me feel comfortable and in good hands.
