Beverly Hills Dentistry

They forgot to polish my teeth during my cleaning. When I went in, there was no communication that my appointment was a cleaning and exam, I specifically scheduled only a cleaning. They just started taking x rays, did half the cleaning and rushed me out since I was the last patient of the day. They even asked me to come earlier so they could go home earlier. My total was very high, when I called the next day and told them they never polished my teeth and did an exam without communicating. She responded by telling me I actually OWED them more money for the exam I didn’t ask for. If I scheduled only a cleaning, why are you performing more services? I didn’t even get an apology for not getting my teeth polished. Instead she gaslit me and told me I should’ve said something even though she said the front desk staff was short. It clearly wasn’t me but the office should be better about what services will be performed and the pricing. And I paid for the whole cleaning, and didn’t receive the whole cleaning. I’ve spent thousands here over the last few years yet they didn’t care or try to fix it. I’d like to mention my hygienist is really sweet but the office experience after dealing with this was very disappointing.

We recently visited Beverly Hills Dentistry with our family for the first time, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, friendly, and welcoming, which immediately put us at ease. The kids felt very comfortable with their technicians and had such a positive experience, which means everything to us as parents. My own visit was excellent, Stephanie was incredibly gentle, and my teeth look so bright and clean after my appointment. Overall, it was a wonderful first visit for our entire family. We will definitely be back and are already looking forward to our next appointments!

Absolutely loved my experience at Beverly Hills Dentistry! Thank you to Chloe, Alex, and Jackie for making my appointment seamless. Stephanie was thorough and gentle with my cleaning. Every other patient I encountered seemed relaxed and happy to be there, so I’m definitely open to trying other hygienists as I’m sure they’re also amazing. Dr. Michele was patient and very informative, and clearly a master of her craft. I’ll definitely be back for the recommended treatment, and know that I’ll be in great hands with the entire team!

Dr. Michelle and the team at Beverly Hills Dentistry are beyond skilled, amazing, kind, knowledgeable and awesome! They took the time to ease my nerves prior to a lengthy and sensitive procedure to provide aromatherapy and collaborative deep breathing exercises, and throughout the procedure I was able to watch a movie that was such a healthy distractor. They collaboratively communicated and checked in with me throughout the procedure, which really put my mind at ease and made me forgot I was at the dentist office. They compassionately discussed the work completed, post-operative care and what to expect. They checked on me the next day and took the time to ask questions to ensure I felt well and the procedure was successful . It was truly the most pleasant dental experience ever!

I’ve been coming here since 2014 and there’s literally no where else I’d go. I have dental anxiety but not here. The entire team is so incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. I especially love hygienist Stephanie, Dr.Michelle Frawley, Irene & Mary Lou. I’ve recommended so many ppl here. Thanks to the whole staff for making me feel comfortable ❤️
