Prairie Rose Family Dentists South Office

I seen Dr Breanna Ohlhauser at prairie rose South. I have seen many many denstists, and I can say she is number 1 by FAR. Not pushy , she was caring, Fast and made sure I knew everything that she was doing. There wasn't a single second during this dental visit I was uncomfortable.

Nice people but come on! Ya'll were contacted by phone, informed of which tooth needed attention and the expectations with said tooth, pretty sure told ya'll that i dont want to waste my time and $ if ya'll couldnt pull it off. Ya'll had me come for my appointment, i wasted a full work day, 4 hour round trip, to get xrayed, be seen, JUST TO BE TOLD THAT YA'LL COULDNT EVEN PULL IT OFF!!!! Ya'll couldve just told us that on the phone that yall couldnt pull a cuspid out because the roots are too long.. but ya'll made me waste my time. Yeah thats why i got a little frustrated sitting there in the chair. Ya'll made me waste a full work day and 4 hours of drive time to send me away still in pain until i dont know??? when am i getting contacated by the referal? THANK YOU!

The staff, doctors, dentists, receptionists and all of the staff I may have forgotten are absolutely true professional and each one I have dealt with treated me with the most heartfelt caring and honest respect for my need's. The dentist’s at this office truly exemplifies what a true professional dentist should be caring, making sure the customer is at ease and they address any problems and explain what is going to transpire if dental work needs to be done, super considerate of the customers needs. I have had to come back for some minor issues again heartfelt caring for my issues, problems resolved in a professional manner. They are very quick getting you in and have corrected any problem/issues that you may have in a professional and caring manner, truly professionals in what they do. I highly recommend this dentistry to anyone that needs dental care or treatment and for those that have a fear of seeing a dentist can be rest assured you can set that aside, these professionals will handle you with the greatest respect and caring for your needs. I've been a patient at Prairie Rose for 10+ years and have always had great experiences with them. This time, I was running 15-20 minutes late due to construction traffic and a low tire I had to stop and fill. I called to let them know and was told that I couldn't be seen. This was May 21, I couldn't get another appointment until July 28. This then pushed back my November appointment (6 months-insurance) to------August 2, 2027 (13 months). That is ridiculous. You are way over booking if your regular patients can't get in to be seen for their twice a year check up/cleanings. Maybe stop taking so many new patients? I hate change in general, but I might have to. Does anyone have any good recommendations?

We drove two hours from Minot and they were able to get me in the same day which I’m sure is probably rare but I’m grateful to say the least ! The staff did such a great job making me feel welcomed and comfortable! From the receptionist all the way to the DR who saw me and I’m sorry I don’t remember names because I was in so much pain and sleep deprived from being a new mom to a 3mo! lol definitely recommend them! And actually have my husband saw them first and they helped him just as fast 🥰

This is by far and without question the most kid friendly dentist I've ever seen. The staff at Prairie Rose are so kind and thoughtful. Every step has been delightful. It's almost like this isn't a dentist office at least one I remember growing up. Thank you...
