Boston Dental

I stumbled across Boston dDental by chance, and what a great experience it’s been! I was having a dental emergency, and called to see if I could be seen. Even though I was not an existing patient, they were able to thankfully fit me in for an appointment. The staff at the desk is very welcoming! All the doctors and staff that I have seen have been super helpful and very informative. I’ve since gone back for several visits, had a cleaning and cosmetic work, and I couldn’t be happier! This is now my permanent place for all my future dental work!

I've been a patient of Boston Dental for 3 years and I cannot say enough good things. I've had a medically complex case and they have been so supportive every step of the way. They are clear and transparent with treatment plans, recovery time, cost, insurance coverage, everything. They've made what could have been a horrible dental experience as sooth sailing as possible. Cannot recommend enough!

Boston Dental was amazing in every regard. What stood out most was the quality of the staff. From the moment I walked in, the reception team treated me like an absolute rockstar. Great practice all around! The dental and administrative teams are both amazing, and I always feel well taken care of. Angelica, in particular, has been an incredible help since day one—always ready to answer questions and consistently finding solutions whenever scheduling gets tricky. Highly recommend

Great staff especially Angelica in billing. I had an issue regarding my coverage and she reviewed my account and cleared the decripency in minutes. As a new patient I'm impressed, definitely going back to Boston Dental.

Kind, prompt, gentle, and highly skilled. Although I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, Dr Koch was great. I think this establishment is a very well oiled machine with good dentists. Definitely do not regret coming here.

I was seen at Boston Dental (Downtown Crossing). The office staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Fang and her assistant Jess were wonderful. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and were very gentle, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Fang performed a thorough exam/evaluation. Her expertise and lovely disposition helped to put my mind at ease. The office is tastefully decorated, modern, and clean and comfortable. The friendliness, communication style, and the quality of care could not have been better. Thank you! I highly recommend Boston Dental, and especially Dr. Fang.

I only have good things to say about Boston Dental! They are on time, efficient, kind, clean, and they do great work. No matter which hygienist I have, they are friendly and always make me feel comfortable. I have had some not-so-great experiences at the dentist in the past, but Boston Dental has completely remedied that for me. It is clearly a very well run business with great staff and Doctors. I am so glad I made the switch, and will be going here for as long as I live in Boston.
