I've had an excellent experience at this dental practice. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The office is clean, modern, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for high-quality dental care. It's easy to see why so many people trust them with their smiles!

I will never forget the pain that Dr. Michael Rodriguez caused me. And I will never forget the lack of professionalism, the rudeness, and the complete absence of care I experienced after his treatment. After Dr. Michael Rodriguez placed my dental bridge, I began experiencing severe pain. The bridge was improperly fitted, disrupted my bite, and did not allow my teeth to come together correctly. Once the anesthesia wore off, it became obvious that chewing with this bridge was impossible. The pain quickly escalated to a 10 out of 10. I could not eat, chew, or sleep at night. I repeatedly tried to contact Dr. Rodriguez. At first, my calls went unanswered. When I personally came to the office seeking help, his receptionist, Jessica, informed me that Dr. Rodriguez had refused to see me any further and that I had been dismissed as a patient. Instead of examining me, checking my bite, evaluating the bridge, and determining the cause of my severe pain, Dr. Rodriguez simply refused to address the problem. The only response I received was a prescription for 800 mg ibuprofen. He does not listen to his patients. He does not take responsibility for his work. He refused to help when a serious problem developed after his treatment. Instead of an examination, I received a prescription for pain medication. Instead of a solution, I was dismissed as a patient. Instead of professionalism, I experienced rudeness and a raised voice. Later, another dentist explained to me that the improperly aligned bite created by this bridge was causing my severe jaw pain and TMJ symptoms. If complications arise after your treatment, do not expect support, accountability, or any genuine effort to correct the problem. I will never return to this doctor, and I cannot recommend him to anyone.

Although Dr Hannah Tremain is a wonderful dentist and the clinical experience with both Dr Tremain and the Hygenist was excellent, I will not be returning. The administrative staff took full payment for my dental work with big fake smiles back in January!! Their tune has changed for sure as they continue to hold on to my secondary plan’s reimbursement (s) which is generating OVERPAYMENTS TO OCEAN DENTAL! They are clearly double dipping, filing claims to my insurer requesting direct payment to them!! Fortunately, I am not stupid and have done my homework!! I will be taking the next steps WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE!! How dare they keep my Money!!! BEWARE!! 3. If They Refuse to RefundIf the office ignores your request or gives pushback, you can escalate the issue:Contact your insurance company: Inform the insurer that the provider is refusing to pass the insurance reimbursement on to you.File a complaint: You can report the issue to your state dental board or file a consumer protection grievance with your state's Attorney General.

All I can say, is this is the best dentist office I have ever experienced. The entire experience, from the sunlit office, to the smiles at the front desk and the complete professionalism and enthusiasm for what each person does in their role. They are each individually committed to providing the best experience for the most difficult of teeth situations. Each person in this office truly cares and that is rare. The work they do is like a craft and they each provide excellent insights, work and camaraderie. So refreshing to look forward to going to the dentist.

Everyone at this Dentist is SO nice and truly cares about your needs. I was in need of immediate dental care and they accommodated so quick to fit me in. Always keeping me updated on my appointment and how to prepare. The dental surgeon was very nice, professional and FAST. My procedure was over in no time and I barely felt a thing. Would definitely recommend this lovely place!
