Bill Moos is awesome! Explained everything to help me understand what I should be putting my money towards and also very gentle when working in my teeth! Collin was also great!

I had been a patient of Dr. Moos since roughly 2023 and, up until my latest appointment, enjoyed his services. I began to experience severe pain in a lower left molar and sought treatment at his clinic. Within the prior year or so, I had received treatment for an abscessed lower right molar by both Dr. Moos and Big Sky Endodontics, to which he referred me. Because I was familiar with this pain, I assumed that the left molar was also abscessed. However, Dr. Moos insisted he remove old filling matter and underlying decay that may be irritating the nerve below, and place a crown over the tooth. Nonetheless, the pain continued. I was again referred to Big Sky Endodontics who confirmed an abscessed tooth and performed a root canal. I was unaware that this would require drilling through the crown Moos had placed over my tooth, jeopardizing its structural integrity. Eventually, while chewing, the crown fractured. Additionally, the crown Moos placed over the first abscessed tooth he treated broke off. Upon my most recent visit, I mentioned to him that I had been unable to floss without pulling the string through the sides of my teeth rather than upwards. My assumption is that he misplaced the crown, which eventually folded under pressure. Rather than accepting responsibility and honoring his work, he quoted me several thousands of dollars to repair these teeth. Without dental insurance, I was unable to proceed. I have since endured chewing and smiling with two broken molars. I think Bill is a great guy, but I now question his ethics and skill level. My hope was that he would show some compassion and accountability, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Any treatment provider worth their salt prioritizes patient care and professional credibility over profit.

I have only ever had positive experiences with Moos Family Dental. Their team is very personable and thorough.

I would recommend Moos Dental to anyone needing dental care. Their care team is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Moos is very good at explaining what is to be done to treat a patient.

Once again I've left their office feeling better than when i got there. Kind staff and pretty much pain free Doctor. He's really nice, too which makes the experience better. Will I go back? Yes, no question.

Super quick service. They got me in and out in no time. Everyone was nice, communicative and efficient. Answered all my questions and made me feel like I was in good hands. Beautiful staff as well. Highly recommend!

Dr Moos was great, he explained my situation very well, he told me all of my options and what would happen throughout each option. He was friendly and professional , I would definitely recommend him.

I have never had such incredibly thorough and painless cleaning experiences in my life! I don’t know how Maria does it! I actually dozed off at one point, it was that pain-free! Good grief! I love this dental office! Thank you!

Wonderful staff and Dr. Moos is so nice! I live out of town and had an emergency dental issue. The office got me in quickly. I highly recommend!

I was traveling and i thought my filling came out...I looked up a dentisit and Moos Dental could get me in immediately. The performed a consult. I went back the next day for a cap! In house technology allowed me to get my tooth repaired almost instantly!! Through, plesant and professional. I will make a special trip to see them! I am switching to Dr Moos and his family practice. Thank you

Dr. Moos and his team were absolutely very professional and accommodating to my needs of easing my pain from a recent tooth extraction. I called and they had an opening within the hour and so I came and left feeling really really good. Thank you so much.
