Gulfside Dental & Orthodontics - Bridge City

Enjoyed the service I received from Gulfside Dental,everyone was so nice and concerned about our work they have to do on our teeth.

I would highly not recommend Gulf Side Dental in Bridge City. At the end of April I got a cavity filled by one of their dentist, the entire process was very painful (it shouldn’t have been) after the filling was finished, I had sensitivity to that tooth. A little over a month after the filling was done I couldn’t drink or eat anything on that one tooth. It hurt so bad. I went back in, the dentist literally told me it was normal. He didn’t try to retake X-rays or anything. IT IS NOT NORMAL! I had no other option but to go see a different dentist office. The other dentist took X-rays, took out the filling that gulfside put in, he proceeded to put in a medicated filling in and I will go back in a few weeks to get a permanent filling in. My insurance won’t cover for the second filling, since it was just filled a couple of months ago. So, I called Gulfside in Bridge City to see if they are willing to do anything to make it right. They will not give me a refund on the filling they did. The office manager couldn’t even tell me why the dentist didn’t retake X-rays or take the filling out and put a medicated one in???? I am usually never one to complain, but I would never recommend anyone going here.

My dad went last week and he was very pleased with. He said that Dr. Lee and staff were very nice. He also said that the facility was very clean.

I've been bringing my daughter's here for years and we've just started our expander and braces journey with one! Everyone has been so great from, always being awesome to the kids to answer my millions of questions! My youngest has always been timid around any kind of doctor or dentist or anything but EVERYONE is so patient with her. We wouldn't go anywhere else

There aren’t enough stars. From start to finish the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and so welcome. I was so nervous and had a million questions, the receptionist answered all of them, with patience and was very informative. The dental assistant was so lovely, I expressed my fears and concerns and she responded with such care. The dentist came in and informed me, listened to me and did everything to keep me comfortable and out of pain. Even coming in after my appointment, unscheduled, RIGHT BEFORE CLOSING because I was in pain, everyone listened, everyone helped, and everyone cared. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience.

Needed to make my son an appointment as we just moved to the area. He was a new patient. They did not have anything available for that day, but Miss Tiffany, the office manager made it happen. She is awesome. She went out of her way to schedule my son an appointment to get in the same day. The entire office was very professional and very kind. The doctor was exceptional as well.
