I had a great experience at Bronx Dental center. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The dentist explained everything clearly, and the treatment was excellent. I highly recommend them!
My husband went to the dentist this morning and received great dental care. Staff was friendly and patient. He felt comfortable answering their questions about his dental issues. They did X-rays and cleaning. Five stars. They gave him a referral for oral surgery.
The hygienist did a very poor job. Wonder why my daughter told me not to go there anymore. The dentist lady didn't have take time to listen to my concerns. It is like they were doing me a favor like a free service. I am done with that place. I give them a zero.
Do not go to this dentist!! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS CHARGING UR INSURANCE!!! I went for my 6 Mnth checkup where the xray showed a cavity appt made for today to get filled. Today, Dr.KHOUBIAN tells me I need a root canal on another tooth tht he didnt tell me about on the last visit. (ANOTHER CHARGE TO MY INSURANCE) This place is a JOKE. Oh, and the girl sitting at the front desk Miriam has a nasty attitude. will NOT returning. It's too bad Dr. Pan left, he was the best.
My best experience with a Dentist and Dentist’s office ever!! I recommend it! 100%. Thank you Doctor Andrew Sarowitz! Love you guys!! will Keep you for the rest of my life!! Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional!! Excellence and kindness at its best!! God bless you Bronx Dental Center!! The world needs more medical professionals like you!! Happy and satisfied patient.
I went in 3 weeks ago letting them know I had some sensitivity on one side. They say I have two massive cavities but instead of working out how to fill them, they were more concerned with getting me to start a payment plan for two implants (THAT I DONT WANT) and were not giving me any other options besides what THEY wanted to do. I explained to them I’m a SAHM and I unfortunately don’t have 8k to shell out on my teeth. The money guy they sent in after the dentist “suggested” I get two implants, was clearly irritated when I told him I needed to speak to my husband about what we should do. Like how was I supposed to make a decision like that on the fly!? Then they had the nerve to charge my insurance for an X-ray stating that I requested it.i don’t even know all the types of x rays and yall thought I was going in with a specific one I wanted done?! Ridiculous. I do not recommend them. Deff money hungry. And super childish with all their Brooklyn nets photos all over the place. And I like many others in the review was asked if I speak Spanish cause it was easier for them. I’m bilingual but I don’t know many terms in Spanish in the dental area so I wasn’t really comfortable with that. Like I’m in pain but speaking Spanish for THEIR benefit seemed to be more important. Waste of time.
I just left the dental office after giving them a little piece of my mind , very irritated , not satisfied at all it seems they don't have a problem with giving excuses for the poor job the front desk does of calling patients back that leave voicemails or picking up phone. The only answer they had for me was is they have a high volume of calls so what happens to returning voicwmails as well that a re over two and a half weeks old as well . Sent out for a crown with no info as to why I need it done wasn't expecting g me to have the exact paper work they sent to my insurance well guess what I did right in my hand and told them that how is anything suppose to get approved for me if you don't put details ,female dentist told me oh they usually don't approve anyways 😅 I almost really lost it and she proceeds to tell me if I don't feel comfortable them they can direct me to another dentist after they already billed my insurance MY INSURANCE WILL BE HEARING ABOUT THIS MATTER FOR SURE
