Because of experiences I had as a child, I've always been anxious about going to the dentist. Dr. Alice put me at ease from the moment we met. They are incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, patient, and compassionate, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I've never felt more confident in a dental team. It's rare to find healthcare providers who combine such exceptional skill with such genuine empathy, and Brooklyn Mint does exactly that. After a misdiagnosis by a dentist years ago, my faith in dentistry was deeply shaken. Dr. Alice Hoang at Brooklyn dental has restored my faith and the health of my teeth. I am astounded and grateful. Dr. Hoag works quickly with secure knowledge of her skill. The procedures are truly painless. It feels like a teaching hospital. She is deeply involved with mentoring her staff. Her encouragement and pride in them creates a warm and comforting atmosphere in the office. It is a beautiful facility as well. I am 73 years old and find changing doctors difficult. This experience has given me courage to realize that change can be glorious. I am very happy to be a part of this practice. Anyone would be lucky to find Dr. Hoag.

This dental clinic is amazing, Dr Alice Hoang really puts care into her work and every single person here is incredibly kind and welcoming. They took the time to explain every option in detail, answered all of my questions, and were honest and transparent about pricing. It was the little touches remembering my name, offering a hand towel, and making sure I felt comfortable that made such a difference. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I couldn’t recommend this clinic more highly!

From the moment I walked into Dr. Hoang’s office, I immediately felt comforted and welcomed! All the staffs energy is so positive and cordial. Dr. Hoang herself is clearly why the office runs so well and as a patient, I was excited to finally fix my teeth. I have neglected my teeth for so long and Dr. Hoang had made me feel so confident in how she can rejuvenate and fix my teeth. I have had a lot of dental anxiety over the years but she has made me feel so at ease and her reassuring attitude has made my anxiety disappear. She’s so accommodating, skilled, intelligent and you can clearly see she has good will and a kind heart. I’m extremely excited to finally fix my teeth and smile again!

This is my third appointment here. Dental work has never been a confortable experience for me. But everyone at Brooklyn Mint Dental has made it so that I feel like I walked into a spa. I see Dr. Alice Hoang, who has been a great listener and super caring dentist. For all three appointments the service has been exceptional. From the moment I walk in, the customer service is outstanding. The receptionists are warm, professional, and efficient, and that same level of care continues throughout the entire visit. The cleaning was incredibly detailed, the fillings and my fixed chipped tooth came out amazing and seamless. Most of all I never feel rushed. I am especially impressed with the comprehensive dental evaluation. Everything is explained clearly, and it is obvious they are being thorough and attentive by ensuring you are aware of every step. Everyone in the office, from the front desk to the team working in the back, is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. You can truly tell this clinic cares about patient health and comfort. I highly recommend them.

Best dental office I’ve visited hands down. I also love the fact all of your needs/services are in one facility so there is no bouncing around trying to find anything.
