Sunset Dental is the best dentist I have ever had. The Doctor is caring, professional, and exceptionally skilled, always takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer questions, and make every visit comfortable and stress-free. Her staff is equally amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make patients feel valued and cared for. What makes this office even more special is that it feels like one of the last true hometown dental practices, where patients are treated like family and genuine care still comes first. The entire team creates a warm and personal experience that is hard to find these days. I truly appreciate the outstanding care they provide and highly recommend this office.

I had a great experience at Sunset Dental with Dr. Khan and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The office is clean, modern, and very well organized, which immediately gave me confidence in the level of care I would receive. Dr. Khan is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The entire process from check-in to the back was smooth and efficient. I really appreciated how attentive and gentle everyone was, which made a big difference in reducing any anxiety about being at the dentist, especially since the staff all spoke Spanish. I haven’t been to the dentist in a while. Let me tell you, the staff was the sweetest and kindest. Especially Dr. Khan she was super understanding and made me feel very comfortable and understand what I needed to get done. The best dentist I’ve had my whole life! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone 10/10!

Our family had previously had positive experiences at this office, which is why we brought our 17-year-old daughter in for care. At her appointment, my husband and daughter were told she had two small cavities. Based on that information, there was no indication that her condition was severe or required urgent treatment. Due to insurance considerations, I sought a second opinion. At that visit, I was informed that she required significantly more extensive treatment, including two root canals. A third dental opinion confirmed similar concerns. This was very surprising given what we were originally told. When I reviewed the clinical notes from the initial visit, they referenced the possibility of a root canal. However, this was not clearly communicated to my family at the time of the appointment. The difference between what was documented and what was explained raised serious concerns for me as a parent trying to make informed decisions about my child’s care. My husband received a phone call informing him that he would no longer be seen as a patient. No written notice or transition information was provided. Again , my husband has been a patient here for years . He really loved his hygienist Cesar. While I understand that practices can choose to end patient relationships, the way this situation was handled felt abrupt and unprofessional. I believe clear communication and consistency in both documentation and patient discussions are essential, especially when it involves a minor and potentially significant treatment decisions. I would encourage other families to ask detailed questions and seek clarification when discussing dental care, especially for a minor . Oral health is not to be played with. Now my minor child needs care and she was dismissed which is unethical . Please do not take your minor children here for care Dr. Khan made huge mistake, and if I didn’t receive a second opinion could have meant some serious issues for my minor child
