I want to start by saying that the office staff and dental assistants were great, friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my visit. Unfortunately, this was the worst dental experience I have had with a doctor. The doctor came across as arrogant and dismissive, which appears to be a concern echoed in other patient reviews. The office itself also seemed outdated and poorly maintained, with issues such as missing blinds, burned out light bulbs, and aging dental equipment. I was also disappointed to see the doctor's responses to negative reviews, which I found to be unprofessional and lacking in accountability. Because of my experience, I will not be returning. While I appreciate the efforts of the front office team and dental assistants, I do not wish to be part of the "dental family" the doctor references in responses to dissatisfied patients. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The doctor could learn a great deal from the professionalism, customer service, and positive attitude demonstrated by the front desk staff and dental assistants.

Yes, all I can say is really professional really friendly as we all know any dentistry is expensive but if you pay for something and you get the service you want then you pay for good service and care. It was quick. It was a long time in the chair, completely pain-free during the procedure of two teeth removal, which were quite difficult, but just never felt a thing the aftercare of course there’s always pain after any dental work, especially intense stuff, but this was all normal medication and everything working. Very pleased

Had a wonderful first visit with the folks at Magnolia Dentistry. I have some dental sensitivity that requires some extra care and the hygienist was super kind and creative in getting what she needed for X-rays while also keeping it minimally challenging for me. And Dr Massaband was both kind and thoughtful in her intelligent recommendations for my future dental care. I’m grateful to have found Magnolia Dentistry and look forward to future care with them.

It is one one the beast dentist offices I've ever been to. The front staff is very friendly and organized. I had kind of an emergency where I needed to see the dentist and got right in and took care of everything. And the dentist that I had Dr. Leanne was amazing. Such a great bedside manner. Really cares about her patience. Overall, literally one of the best experiences.. I would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I honestly love coming here for my cleanings. Every visit feels like I’m catching up with my dental family. The whole team is so friendly and fun, and it actually makes me look forward to my appointments. Ruzzana is the sweetest ever seeing her right when I walk in always makes my day. Jamile is amazing at taking X-rays, super quick and gentle every time. Dr. Chavez and Emmanuel did such a great job with my cleaning; it seriously feels like a spa day. They make me feel so comfortable in the chair and really take the time to make sure everything feels good. I always leave happy and can’t recommend this office enough!
