Clean office and very friendly staff! While it might not be the absolute best dental practice out there, they do a great job keeping my teeth maintained in a welcoming environment.

This was my first time here, and I had a really great experience. Everyone was friendly, nice, and professional. The visit was quick and everything went smoothly. The dental assistant was especially nice and professional and made me feel very comfortable. I’m definitely coming back. Great experience overall!

The staff here is genuinely lovely, friendly, and professional, which is why I stayed with this office for several years. Unfortunately, I eventually realized they consistently recommended treatments that came with very high out-of-pocket costs. After getting a second opinion, I found a great dentist who worked with my insurance, and procedures I was quoted thousands of dollars for ended up costing only a few hundred dollars. While I appreciated the people here, I ultimately felt the pricing and treatment recommendations weren't in my best interest.

Absolutely phenomenal office! All of the staff members deserve their own individual shoutout, but I will simply say that if you come here, you will be treated with the utmost care. Front desk staff are attentive and pleasant; hygienists are thorough without keeping you in the chair for too long; Dr. Park is patient and always answers questions and addresses concerns very thoughtfully. Gold stars all around! The service and level of care are stellar; everyone there is a gem. I always feel very well taken care of whenever I come in for an appointment. Very friendly staff. Great bedside manner and desire/willingness to answer questions and teach. The office is comfortable. There was good appointment availability when we went.

As a nurse, I am usually the one that is providing care to patients. Whether it be an ear to listen or a hand to hold, always there for my patients. On 3/3/26, I was on the other side of healthcare, being the patient. For 28 years of my life, never had a cavity once, and had to get the ones that they found back in February. The Burtonsville Dental Care Team is nothing but exceptional. From the first smile that greats at the receptionists to the caring and sweet dental staff in the back, they know how to care and treat their patients. I want to do a special shout out to Ade and Dr. Park. I voiced out how nervous I was for the cavity filling and how terrified I am of needles in my mouth. Ade held my hand through it all and helped me calm down in guided deep breathing. Dr. Park was super patient and understanding and had a gentle hand. I hope to not have to go through another cavity filling, but if I do I know without a doubt that Ade and Dr. Park have my full confidence that everything will go so smoothly and painless.

Very rude staff, seems like they don’t genuinely care about your dental health as a patient. I came in here for an Invisalign consultation after setting an appointment over the phone a week prior. I took off work for the appointment and drove 90 minutes to the office in good faith that I would get a good experience and have my questions about my dental care addressed. Within 20 minutes of arriving, I left out of the office!! They offer very limited payment plan options available despite being told aligner payments have flexibility on the phone. I called ahead to ask for the price point estimate but was told I would need to come in person to receive a true number. Each question I asked about my dental care was cut off by the staff and I was only given a rushed, hostile responses. No consultation was given, just a quick and rushed goodbye from the staff after telling me the flat rate price. Won’t be returning! Save your precious PTO and thousand of dollars and consider other dental practices.

Staff is always nice, very professional, and helpful with questions and concerns. Building is clean and tidy throughout. I’m always aware of my future visit cost and have never received hidden charges unlike other dentistries. Very happy with my choice with picking Burtonsville Dental Care.
