One star is too nice. First & last time coming here. I arrived with my children for our appointment at 8 am. The doors were locked. I checked the website & it said they don’t open until 9. I called & left a voicemail. Well, I get a call back at about 8:30 (I’m sure when staff got in for the day) & the woman was beyond rude saying they’ve been open since 8 am & their sign “clearly” said open at 8 am. But if they were open at 8, why didn’t she answer my call? & why did the automated message say I reached them after hours with their hours starting at 9 am? Also funny that the doors were locked & nobody was in there? I will be finding a new dentist.

Bad experience. Went in originally on an emergency basis. Had a new patient visit scheduled for the following week. My insurance company approved the the visit. My insurance was accepted. Then perfect smiles cancelled my new patient appointment the day of my emergency visit. Said they needed to check insurance. My insurance company sent them an approval for the dental work. Then I got a bill from them. Then when I called about the bill I was told there is no bill. This particular dentist office has no clue how to do the paperwork on some insurance. That's obvious. The head. Of the office was like a loud mouth type. Very ignorant. Told me I am not a good fit for their office. Absolutely agree. Horrible experience because they can't get their paperwork right and take it out on the patient after all of this I called to question the bill and spoken to extremely rude and was told you can't come here. I have moved intentions of going back for that kind of harassment. Never saw that in my life before. They just wanted to give me a hard time overly concerned about the insurance that was already verified. I called today and then to please not continue to contact me and I won't contact them. Over dental work I didn't even get. Wow. It was like a comedy show. They simply had no clue what they were doing with the insurance. Glad I can go somewhere else. Wow

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews on here. This place was absolutely amazing. Very professional, appointment times were always accurate and never had to wait long. I just got my teeth extracted and dentures from them and my temporary ones look amazing. I feel like a new person and got my confidence back which is priceless. I would recommend this dentist office to any one. I unfortunately had to have my teeth pulled on my birthday and I go back to the room and one of the employees made me a happy birthday card and hung it on the wall. Thank you for your great work and friendly employees.

I’m shocked by all these negative reviews! I had my first visit with this office and was blown away by their professionalism and kindness. Compared to my previous dentist’s office, I was able to get scheduled surprisingly fast—about a month. Apparently, first time patients are not booked with a hygienist, as this allows new patients to get in sooner. However, Crystal went out of her way to offer me a cleaning even though it was the end of her shift right before her weekend. She was very patient and friendly. Dr. Grace was very knowledgeable and picked up on an ongoing issue that other dentists failed to notice over the years. She clearly explained the condition and laid out the pros and cons for treatment in an accessible manner. I appreciated that she didn’t pressure me to get unnecessary work done, which unfortunately happens a lot these days. She was also very patient with me, despite my many questions. I never felt like she was in a rush. Even so, there was barely any wait time. I wasn’t expecting to be seen so quickly (appointments with my previous dentist always took forever), so I scheduled my ride home far too late. I had to wait nearly an hour after they all but closed the office, as I was the last patient. Dr. Grace and one of the office ladies stayed behind, saying they had some more work to do, but I'm pretty sure they actually wanted to make sure I had a safe and comfortable place to wait. They are so kind! The office is also very clean, and I like that the background music isn’t too loud. I’m looking forward to continuing to be a patient here, and I recommend this office!
