The Team at iO Dentistry are the best! I’ve been coming to them for over a decade and can’t imagine going anywhere else. La Sha is the best Dental Hygienist and Dr. Nguyen is excellent at her craft and has a sweet and engaging personality. Melissa and the whole staff at the front are amazing! Everyone who greets you at the front and checks you out when you leave. Very fun, engaging, helpful, and friendly. Love my iO Dentistry family!

IO is the only place I trust with my teeth. The staff is always amazing. I love getting my teeth cleaned and LaSha does a wonderful job explaining what she’s noticing with my oral care. Dr. Nguyen is very thorough and always a joy to interact with.

The staff was very nice and prompt. I was a little skeptical with such an early appointment but it was not a long wait even when my wife and I arrived @7am. They made sure to get me out at a decent time so i could make it to work on time! I would highly recommend.

IO Dentistry made the entire experience genuinely easy from start to finish. They handled my Delta Dental insurance without any hassle on my end, which immediately took a lot of friction out of the process. The new patient intake was quick and straightforward, and they were very clear about what my dental plan does and does not cover, so there were no surprises. The office feels modern and well-equipped, and the workflow is impressively efficient. Check-in, the appointment itself, and check-out all moved quickly without feeling rushed. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and thorough, and multiple people asked if I had any remaining questions before I left. Their notification and reminder system is also excellent. It is the kind of setup that makes you feel confident you will not accidentally miss an appointment. They also have Wi-Fi available, with the sign-in details clearly posted in the front office, which is a small detail but appreciated. Overall, IO Dentistry is efficient, modern, and well-run, with a competent staff and a refreshingly professional environment. I would absolutely recommend them.

Going to the dentist is not exactly a spa day experience. Especially, when you already know several of your teeth are about to need some serious attention. That said, IO Dentistry gave me the BEST dental experience I’ve had in my 35+ years on this earth, and that’s saying a lot. On day 1, I was brought back by dental assistant Ella, who was incredibly patient and kind while taking my X-rays, no small task, considering how sensitive my teeth are. I asked approximately one million and one questions, and not once did she make me feel like a burden or an inconvenience. She was sincere, gentle, and genuinely kind the entire time. I really appreciated how thorough they were with X-rays, photos, and scans. Being able to see what was going on made me feel much more comfortable with the treatment plan. Dr. Marwah and Dr. Kim Nguyen were wonderful at every interaction. They consistently checked in to make sure I wasn’t in pain, even during the moments when I tried to tough it out instead of speaking up. They noticed my discomfort, stopped immediately, encouraged me to share what I was feeling, and offered solutions that actually worked.Now, let’s be honest, having a drill in your mouth is still not a party, but these two dentists made sure I was as comfortable as humanly possible and did an excellent job with my root canal and crown. Both dental assistants were phenomenal. Ella and Leslie made me feel like the most important patient in the office. They thoroughly explained my at home care, and I must say, Leslie created the prettiest temporary crown I’ve ever seen. Yes, I noticed and appreciate it. The front desk staff, Melissa and Indira were just as kind and helpful. Melissa walked me through my treatment plan and patiently answered all my questions. Although my teeth were too sensitive for a cleaning this visit, I did get to briefly meet the hygienist assistant, Kat, who was so warm and welcoming. I’m genuinely looking forward to meeting her again and the hygienist for my next cleaning. I’ve already told my husband to go ahead and schedule his appointment ASAP. I truly cannot rave enough about my first experience at IO Dentistry. I’m incredibly grateful for every single staff member and actually excited (yes, excited) to book my next procedure. Thank you all for treating your patients with such sincere care, compassion, and kindness.
