Inspire Dental - Cary

As someone who is not so fond of the dentist, this facility and staff are AMAZING! They are such kind individuals and make sure to keep you comfortable and calm during the entire process! DeeDee the dental hygienist is an absolute ANGEL and I swear she has magic in her hands because I never feel the cleanings in her station! The rest of the staff is also incredibly helpful from the front desk staff to the dentists themselves. I could not recommend this dentist enough for anyone looking for their forever dentist!

I used to love this practice when it was Better Dental. My experiences were incredible, and I felt like the focus was on what I needed. Since it became Inspire Dental, even with the same dentists, it feels much more like “What can we sell you?” I was told I had a cavity for the first time in years. I got a second opinion from another dentist, who said there was no cavity. That alone seriously damaged my trust. Then came my husband’s billing experience. The office says they verified his TRICARE dental coverage before his appointment, but we were never told they were out of network. Afterward, we received a bill for $481.04, including $236.40 in vaguely labeled “miscellaneous debit adjustments.” When I called, I was told insurance paid less than expected and that insurance companies can change things at any time. But his explanation of benefits shows the procedures WERE covered. Most of his responsibility came from the office charging above TRICARE’s allowed amounts because they were out of network - not from the services suddenly becoming uncovered. I understand insurance estimates aren’t guarantees. What I don’t understand is failing to explain your network status before treatment, adding substantial adjustments afterward, and then giving an explanation that doesn’t match the insurance paperwork. To me, this feels incredibly shady. A practice I once trusted has lost my confidence through conflicting treatment opinions and a complete lack of transparency around billing. We won’t be returning and I caution others as well!

If you are looking for a new dentist/hygiene team, this is the place to go! Cannot say enough about how wonderful this team is and how comfortable they’ve made me feel after some rough past experiences that have left me with a lot of anxiety over dental work. They are always kind, respectful, and professional. The use of nitrous oxide and a ton of patience from the staff throughout my procedures/appointments have been a game changer! Potentially moving in a few months and safe to say losing my spot as a patient here may be my greatest upset.

This is the most fabulous practice. Dr. Nadella is absolutely expert in her field and very kind. Her team reflects her high standards and expectations, and are unfailingly wonderful at what they do. I am probably their most nervously annoying client, yet they have helped me to overcome my fears of dentistry. Thank you all!

Dr. Sree Nadella and her staff are awesome. My tooth filling unexpectedly came out and Dr. Nadella paused her schedule and took the time to see me and fix the issue. I have always had positive experiences at Inspire Dental. Recently, I called the office hoping they might have an opening for an emergency extraction. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. I drove over five hours to get there, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Since my dentist; Dr. Nadella was unavailable, I saw Dr. Taimoor. She and her assistant, Evette, took their time to thoroughly evaluate my situation, answer all my questions, and help me understand my options. The doctors and staff are just wonderful!

Michelle might be the most wonderful person ever! As someone who is truly terrified of the dentist and so anxious, she calmed all my nerves and made the appointment bearable. I left my appointment and went home and cried because I was so thankful that I found a dental office with staff who care and treat their patients well. Not to mention, my teeth are the cleanest they’ve ever been after an appointment. I highly highly recommend Inspire to anyone having a hard time finding a dentist.

Super nice receptionists and dental assistants. However, the doctor was not very helpful. They wanted to take out my wisdom teeth and ended up sending me downstairs to an oral surgeon to finish me off because she couldn’t do it. The appointment was started at 8:30am and I didn’t leave until 1pm. The oral surgeon downstairs was extremely helpful though. I would recommend them but not Inspire Dental General Dentists

Dr. Nadella her her staff are Awesome. I called in with a toothache and they got me in right away. Everyone on the staff are very pleasant and easy to work with. Dr. Nadella took her time and answered all of my questions. It was easy for me to make a decision on the best treatment plan for me. I have always had a good experience at her office.

When my husband experienced discomfort prior to a scheduled procedure, Dr. Sree Nadella immediately paused her schedule to personally assist him, demonstrating remarkable compassion and attentiveness.
