I have sat in a few dentist chairs, I don't go unless I have to. It will take a lot for me to reach out for help because of my personal experiences with dentists in my past. My anxiety is off the charts when I even think about having to go to a dentist. But, I had a toothache and I needed something quicker than I was going to get with my old dentist. While looking online and at reviews, I found Espire Dental. I walked in, the lady that checked me in was a sweetheart, the atmosphere was great. I didn't wait long because I made the appointment as a new patient and filled out the paperwork online. I was brought back into a room by Madysen (I am sorry if I didn't spell that right) her personality and knowledge helped with my anxiety. I had x-rays done and Dr. Tolley came in to talk about my options for this visit to help with my issue and to talk about future issues and a plan to help me with those. Dr. Tolley was so friendly and understanding. She listened like I mattered, no judgment, no talking down to me about the condition my mouth is in, she was excited to help. I ended up having to get a tooth extracted that was causing my pain, Dr. Tolley and her assistant, Sam, made sure I did not feel a thing, they were encouraging me and made my experience better than I've ever known. There is more to a person sitting in that dentist chair and it shows so much more to that patient when there is a dentist and all the people that work with her, puts effort into putting a person at ease, treating them like they matter and listening to their concerns. I will come back. Thank you!

This was by far, the best dental experience I have ever had. The assistants were so friendly. The doctor was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the x-rays and the pictures taken! They explained everything in detail, and I was able to get same day treatment for my chipped tooth! I absolutely will be back for my dentistry needs!

I really like this team! They are knowledgeable & take the time to explain what they're checking & what I can do to maintain my teeth and gum health, and they're never judgy about it. I've had checkups and fillings done, all painless and quick. The one time a filling popped out, they replaced it with no charge because it was pretty soon after the first attempt.

Dr. Tolley was professional, detailed, focused, and extremely accommodating. She completely transformed my smile through the deployment of Clear Correct technology from a series of jagged mountain peaks to a perfect line of pearly whites with the aesthetic beauty reminiscent of a greek sculpture. Read: my smile looks freaking amazing now. It's incredible. I love it. She's the best dentist I've ever worked with, and I travel hundreds of miles (all the way from Denver) multiple times a year just to work with her. Many people fear going to the dentist, but her ability is unparalleled, her technique is superb, and - best of all - she genuinely cares about her patients, which makes dentist visits a joy instead of a terror. Espire Dental in Casper is truly amazing. From the moment you walk in to the time you settle up at the patient coordinator desk with Tomie, the experience is seamless and friendly. What really sets them apart is the genuine care they show after you leave the chair. I’ve had the dental hygienist call the next day just to check in, and Dr. Tolley has even called me personally to see how I was doing. They are just as attentive with my children; both Dr. Waring and Dr. Tolley called the day after the kids' appointments to follow up. It is rare to find a team that is this professional, helpful, and truly invested in their patients. Highly recommend!
