This is my opinion after my first visit. Dr. Stancey asked me questions and made suggestions with no pressure or judgement. He answered all the questions I had and seemed present and attentive. The person who took my x-rays was friendly and kind. She was fast and made me feel very comfortable. Carrie the dental hygienist was fast, friendly and very careful. It was not uncomfortable or painful at all. I would also like to mention the young woman at the front desk. Very sweet & professional. Great office & I intend to continue going there.

The staff is very attentive and extremely kind. Every procedure was explained to me in terms I could understand the treatment plan was given to me in great detail. And I was given and itemized statements with payment options and even a cash pay discount. I enjoyed meeting everyone and I am looking forward to my next visit. Thank you all for making my first visit so pleasant.

First class treatment from the moment you walk in till the time you leave. Staff excellent and Doctor? Best dental doctor in my 81 years. OK forget about the time. I was a little kid so let’s say 60+ years OK let’s say 50 years still the best. Kudos and accolades to Buttercup Dental, Oh, I forgot to mention the best part? When you call you get to speak to a real live human! 🥰

Everyone in the office from receptionist, hygienist, checkout person were very welcoming. Dr. Steven Stancey took time to listen to my major concerns regarding severe Sleep Apnea & using a mouth appliance vs. CPAP machine. Another concern was the stability of my two front teeth which were damaged in a fall & required root canals. I felt his advice was very helpful going forward.

I received a fantastic greeting from the front desk starting with Kaleigh. She was very helpful. Explained all the forms and I had two forms that I hadn’t done and she brought them out signed went through them. She was fantastic! After that. I went to the back where the hygienist T. T was the most accurate and delicate hygienist I’ve ever had in my entire life. She was great. She was fantastic. She was friendly. I need to have her over and over again! Super gentle. At the end, I was checked out by Lena super friendly, super helpful. She helped me set up the appointment yesterday. Very professional and very nice. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

From the moment I called, the staff was exceptional. They made me feel like family. This is especially true for my Xray Tech Marcia and my hygienist Laura. Laura took her time and was very thorough. Doctor Park was excellent. I highly recommend Buttercup Dental, 5 stars!
