Had a great experience so far at Andersen Dental. It was my first appointment with Josh. I came in to get an implant crown. I am generally scared of the dentist - new technology made impressions a piece of cake. I go back to get the crown put in next month. Hoping that experience goes well. This is an out of pocket expense. I put almost half down and they offered me a no interest payment plan for the rest. Good energy there and I left more calm than when I showed up. The assistant was great and the financial gal was great. All around a great experience and I went in with a recommendation from a friend!

I’ve been a patient here since around 2022, and I can’t say enough good things about the care I’ve received from Dr. John Anderson and the entire team. Over the years, I’ve had my share of bad dental experiences from failed root canals, loose fillings, and other work that needed to be redone. Dr.John Anderson has diligently corrected those issues, and what impressed me most is that he never once spoke negatively about my previous dentists. He simply focused on finding solutions and taking great care of me. I recently had my final wisdom tooth removed, and the procedure and recovery have gone remarkably well. No complications, no surprises, just excellent care from start to finish. And for anyone who absolutely dreads the numbing needle (which is probably all of us), I have to mention this: they are hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced not just in Champaign-Urbana, but probably in the surrounding counties as well. I don’t know what technique they use, but I honestly barely feel the injections. Somehow they do it without that awful numbing gel that tastes terrible and never seems to help anyway. While dental work is rarely inexpensive, I’ve always felt the quality of care, professionalism, and expertise here make it worth it. If you’re looking for a dental office you can trust, I highly recommend them. I hope this review helps someone make their decision.

I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Josh Koerner and the staff at Anderson Dental. I had a dental emergency and he was able to see me the same day despite me not being a patient. My procedure took several appts and I am so pleased with the results! The nicest people work at Anderson Dental! I highly recommend them.
