Champaign Dental Group

I made an appt in the first week of July with this "group" for a severe toothache that I've been suffering from since the day I made the appt. The appt was made for August 4th. I filled out all their redundant paperwork before my visit as requested. They called me this morning (August 3rd) to confirm the appt for a later time than the one I had originally set. A minor inconvenience. One I was willing to suffer if it meant I would be serviced on the same date we agreed upon. An hr after that initial call, they called me again to tell me that they'd have to reschedule the appt to a different day. I tell them that this is unacceptable because of the pain I've been going through, and they basically told me "too bad, so sad". I IMMEDIATELY cancelled my appt with this "group" because if they're unprofessional enough to cancel such a sensitive appt with such short notice, no telling how unprofessional they'd be once they stated my dental work. I'd rather work with a different dentist and suffer through more days (or weeks) of pain before I even call this place again. Do not bother with them unless they feel like you are worth bothering with.

First of all, I had a fall getting out of my car and I yelled when I hit the sidewalk as it hurt pretty bad. Almost instantly people from Champaign Dental Care were by my side and helped me up. Then to be sure they got me a wheelchair so I wouldn’t have to worry about another fall. Everyone was helpfull and pleasant. And while waiting for my appointment everyone there was pleasant and helpful. When I got into my appointment the doctor and her assistant were both pleasant and attentive. They explained everything as they were working so I didn’t need to worry or be confused. Even shots by my tooth didn’t feel very painful. A lot of this needed to be done but it didn’t seem to take that long and the visit was overall interesting and satisfying. Dr Nasim was excellent. All the people I interacted with also were helpful and pleasant. If you want excellent care for your teeth, you should consider Champaign Dental Care.

I had a great experience at my appointment on Monday. This was my first time visiting this practice, and it was great. My hygienist, I believe her name was Cobi, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the entire visit comfortable and enjoyable. The cleaning was completely painless, and she did an excellent job explaining what she was doing throughout the appointment. The doctor was also punctual, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. Overall, the entire team provided excellent care, and I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

I came in nervous and immediately felt very comfortable during my appointment. The dentist was fast, efficient, and very transparent throughout the process. I felt valued and very well taken care of.

I was initially very nervous to start seeing a new dentist. The mixed reviews I saw for this facility left me a bit concerned but all of that was alleviated after interacting with the team. Everyone who helped me was kind and knowledgeable. I can be a little difficult due to some anxiety and everyone was so patient and helpful. They also clearly outlined what I would be financially responsible for which made me feel confident about what I would have to pay. I’d recommend speaking with your insurance provider to ensure coverage before your visit and you should be very happy coming here.

I recently moved to Champaign and was in need of a new dentist and overdue for a cleaning. The dental hygienist that did my cleaning was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The dentist and the whole staff were very friendly! Everything was covered by my insurance. I recommend the Champaign Dental Group highly and have already booked my next cleaning.

The level of kindness and care from Dr. Nasim and her assistants was absolutely amazing. I’ve been to other dentists who are just cold and clinical and barely acknowledge you. This place is not like that, it makes me happy for my dental insurance change that had me finding a new dentist and I found her!
