Charleston Dental Associates

The staff is awesome. I’ve been going to them since Dr. Pennington maybe 30 years ago. Great service and care. I’d give a 5 but when I went on Medicare they became out of network. They’ve been working with me and my husband and hope to be in my network soon. I really don’t want to change. My sister referred them to me and I’ve been there ever since.

Everyone was so nice, Dr Ballard seems to really care about your comfort, while he was giving me novacaine kept asking if I was ok, the best experience I've had at a dentist for a long time, I highly recommend them

Dr. Lindsey Young is very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. She extracted 4 teeth in under 10 mins! It took her longer to numb me, actually. 😆 Very pleased with today’s visit and the overall treatment plan she has for me. Thank you everyone in this office, everyone is so kind!

After my insurance appointed me a primary dentist who had moved out of state, then appointing me one who had retired- I decided to check around for word of mouth and online reviews before I let them appoint another random (deceased for all they knew/cared) dentist. Im so glad that I trusted the good reviews for Charleston Dental and Dr Linday Young, because I am more than pleased! The staff was very nice and accommodating, and Dr Young is wonderful. The staff was attentive. The lobby clean and open. It could really use some live plants & it would be gorgeous-but that's just me. The dentist was great. She was engaged & understood my needs. FYI they gave me paper prescriptions & when I went to pick up my prescription( without them)-it delayed my antibiotic by a day. I haven't had paper prescriptions in a couple of years! I highly recommend.

Took my mom here after she broke a tooth. She had been putting it off and dreading going to the dentist due to past bad experiences. Everyone was wonderful and took care of her and she is very happy with her experience.

The staff were friendly and kind. They provided great service! They got my filling done and got me out the door quick!

I have been with Charleston Dental Associates for many years at least 20. They have always treated me very well.when growing up i had a couple bad experiences going to the dentist. that ended when I went to see Dr. Pennington and all his office staff. Now Dr. Ballard and his staff treat me just as well and accommodate me as much as possible. I appreciate them so much. Oh the office renovations are very nice. Cheryl

I just moved to the area and hoping to find a place that was as comfortable as my dentist I had elsewhere for 10 years. This was it! I was impressed with their efficiency and moreover the amount that they all seem to care. Definitely recommend!
