Pure Hearts Pediatric Dentistry

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Pure Hearts Pediatric Dentistry! We actually came across Pure Hearts at exactly the right time. After my daughter’s dental appointment at our general dentist, we learned that she needed additional treatment and were encouraged to see a pediatric dentist because of her age and anxiety around dental care. I decided to drive straight to Pure Hearts afterward to learn more about the practice, and I am SO glad I did. We walked in without an appointment. From there, everything flowed so seamlessly. We received a tour of the office, started the new-patient process, my daughter was able to be evaluated, her treatment needs and next steps were explained to me, and we left with her next appointment already scheduled for the following week. I walked in simply hoping to gather information and walked out feeling like we had found our children’s new dental home!! What impressed me just as much as the care was how intentionally this office was designed for CHILDREN. My daughter had been nervous earlier that day, but here she climbed into the dental chair, put on the headphones connected to the TV mounted above her, and visibly relaxed. As a mom, that meant everything to me! My children absolutely loved the play area and didn’t want to leave! I was also incredibly impressed to learn that they have a sensory room designed to support children with special needs. That level of thoughtfulness and inclusion says so much about the heart behind this practice. The office itself is beautiful, clean, warm and welcoming, but more importantly, it feels like a place where children are genuinely understood. Every detail—from the entertainment and toys to the way the environment is set up—helps make going to the dentist feel less intimidating and more comfortable for little ones. The entire experience gave me so much peace about transitioning my children to pediatric dental care. I’m incredibly grateful for how smoothly everything came together and for the care we received. Pure Hearts is truly a fitting name. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist who has thoughtfully created an environment centered around children and their individual needs.

I cannot recommend Pure Heart Pediatric Dentistry enough! From the moment I called to schedule our appointment, I knew this office was different. The young lady who answered the phone was so kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel like an overly nervous first-time mom. Our daughter’s first dental visit exceeded every expectation. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredible with children. The dentist was absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely humble. They welcomed every question I had and took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel rushed. It was such a refreshing experience compared to other offices I had contacted. They’ve created such a thoughtful environment for little ones. There were plenty of toys to keep my toddler entertained, and they even have a special room designed for children under 3 where parents can hold their child during the cleaning. That made such a huge difference for both of us. I was honestly nervous about how my daughter would do at her first dental appointment, but she ended up having so much fun that she didn’t want to leave! Seeing her so comfortable and happy made me feel confident that we’ve found her dental home. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who truly cares about both kids and their parents, this is the place. We’ll absolutely be back and will continue bringing our daughter here. We had such an amazing experience at Pure Hearts Pediatric Dentistry! They saw my 3-year-old and made the entire visit so smooth and comfortable. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the office itself was spotless, beautiful, and very kid-friendly. Everyone was patient, caring, and made my child feel at ease from the moment we walked in. So thankful we found them — highly recommend to any parents looking for a wonderful pediatric dental experience!

Phenomenal, absolutely amazing, staff, environment, process, everything was amazing! From first contact to Dr. Jessica Simon spending hours with me on the phone to answer all my questions, she also spent so much time trying to figure out our insurance, all the way to the lobby and room environment. They have amazing plans for out of network clients. Our son is non verbal autistic and has been to so many dentist to try and find the best fit for him. And we finally found a comforting place for him. If I could give 100 stars I would. I am so grateful for people like this, that really serve our special needs community, especially in dentistry. It’s so tricky for these kids. I am beyond grateful to this entire team!

I have looked for awhile for a dentist for my toddler and have never been able to settle or feel comfortable with the office. I absolutely felt welcomed and comfortable entering Pure Hearts and even just talking to staff about my daughter’s first appointment. The office is inviting and immediately calmed my toddler when she came in. The dentist is amazing and her kind heart shines through her practice. She was genuine and supportive and made sure to sit with us and give us education that we needed for our toddlers dental care. As a mother she was able to understand where I was coming from and she gave multiple options and directions for the future which was so appreciated. I’m finally happy to find a home dentist for my toddler!

We had a wonderful experience for my little one’s first ever dentist appointment! The space is beautiful and totally child friendly! My little one didn’t want to leave he was having so much fun playing in the baby exam room! Dr. Simon and her staff made us both feel safe and comfortable!
