Final dentist appointment today. Nine months ago I started going to the dentist for the first real time in my life. In that time I’ve had thirteen appointments. Today is my last restoration visit. From now on it’s just normal checkups. My relationship with my teeth has always been painful. I had pretty severe bulimia for years and I actively ruined my teeth during that time. The shame and fear around my dental health kept me from getting help for way too long. But Dr. Anderson changed everything for me. She met me with kindness and no judgment. She helped me start to associate dental care with safety and healing instead of fear. I’m really proud of myself for showing up again and again even when it was hard. And I’m deeply grateful. This feels like a new chapter. One where taking care of myself doesn’t have to be scary. One where I get to keep choosing healing.

I had a troublesome tooth that I had neglected for too long. After scheduling my initial appointment, the doctor took X-rays and thoroughly examined my chief complaint. We discussed a treatment plan, and within a few days, I was able to return and have the necessary work done. The procedure provided much-needed relief, and I’m grateful for the prompt and attentive care. The technical work required was ridiculous and I fully understand where the term "its like pulling teeth" comes from. Nevertheless the team treating me persevered making sure I was always comfortable and understood what was happening each step of the way. I wish everyone could have the positive experience I've had at this Chas location. ULTIMATELY what makes a location great is the staff and leadership not the building .

Would have left a zero, I visited the Chas dental office in Cheney. I was double-booked July 16 2024 and had to reschedule my appointment due to the receptionist scheduling two people at the same time for the hygienist. I wasted my time and gas. I had a second appointment on July 18th 2024, during which I was told I would receive crowns. This had already been discussed and planned. However, Dr. Zhou refused to do my crowns stating they did not do crowns. He aIso wanted me to have work done that I did not ask or need. I spoke to the office manager, Jennifer, who had a very bad attitude and acted like it was my fault that my scheduling and treatment plan were wrong and miscommunicated. They charged me but did not treat me. Dr. Zhou was extremely rude and showed no consideration for his patients. This office DOES NOT TREAT EVERYONE EQUAL AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY....

Salena and Ashley were an amazing team. I could not have been happier with my visit today. I have been to the over-the-top dental clinics with free espresso and massage chairs but never felt welcomed and at ease as I did with these girls at Cheney Chas Dental. 5 stars and super impressed. I will be back for all of my future dental needs! Thank you so much Salena and Ashley!

Ok. Not only have I had nothing but great care and focused dental work with Chas but I’ve also had extreme kindness every time. I had no choice but to bring my two kids along today to my dental appointment for two fillings. My 6yo and 7 month old. My older daughter tried so hard to help with her sister but she was not in the mood to be sitting and waiting. The staff went above and beyond to make us all comfortable. They held my baby while I had work done, brought my daughter snacks, and stopped to let me feed my baby as I needed to. I can’t thank all of the Chas team enough. You are all amazing.
