Chester Road Family Dental

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my experience. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The office was clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere. I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients. I’m very happy I chose them!

Loved my hygienist ! She was interesting to talk to and was very professional in performing her skill. I can once again enjoy going to the dentist. Also, i know i have several issues with my teeth. There were no hard sale techniques ever mentioned. I appreciated that about this practice.

I had such a great experience at Chester Road Family Dental! Dr. Jang took care of my teeth, and he was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional. You can really tell he knows what he’s doing, and he made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everyone there was also very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this place. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere — give Chester Road Family Dental a try! Especially Dr. Jang. Highly recommended! 💯

For someone that doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist, this place has gotten me back into the practice of going!! You are greeted with smiles and great postive vibes and it lasts the entire visit!! I recommend Kat for all your needs! She is a rock star and will keep me coming back forever!!! Thanks to the staff there for keeping my mouth right!!!!!!! love y’all!!!!!

From the moment I walked in as a new patient, I had an exceptional experience. The entire process was thorough, from X-rays and a comprehensive gum health evaluation to a detailed treatment plan. However, what impressed me most was the teamwork. The staff worked seamlessly together, communicating with one another while also explaining everything in a way that was easy for someone without a dental background to understand. Instead of feeling left out of the conversation, I felt informed every step of the way. The front office staff were welcoming, professional, and took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan and answer my questions. It’s clear that everyone in the office shares the same goal of providing outstanding patient care. Finding a dental office that combines professionalism, communication, and genuine patient-focused service is a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Chester area.

I am extremely happy to say I visited Chester Road Family Dental as a first time patient today. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and taken care of. I came in for an emergency visit and all of the staff took great care of me. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs (emergency care, routine cleaning, etc). Thank you all so much!

Dr Katie was so great! I got a filling today, and she was so much more gentle than my last dentist! And the dental assistant, Claire, was super sweet!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how professional, courteous, and knowledgeable the entire staff was. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. Their patience and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and providing exceptional service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience.

Chester Road Family Dental is absolutely top notch!! I have dealt with several different dental places in the Chesterfield/Richmond/Petersburg area, and I can assure you that THIS one is the one for you. I needed an "emergency" visit, and they were able to see me "same day"!!! , and I was a FIRST time customer! Dr. Ben is fantastic, and the ENTIRE team are an amazing group of people!! They helped me with everything that needed to be done, and they had a smile on their faces the WHOLE time!!. Unmatched customer service!! Just an amazing group of people!! They make visiting the dentist feel like a vacation!! I wish I had found them sooner!!

Began coming here because my husband is a patient here and he was highly recommending it. It was even better than he described. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Every person I spoke to was so professional and warm. I was nervous because I hadn’t been to a dentist in awhile and they made me feel so at ease. I look forward to future appointments here. Thanks guys!!
