For someone that doesn’t enjoy going to the dentist, this place has gotten me back into the practice of going!! You are greeted with smiles and great postive vibes and it lasts the entire visit!! I recommend Kat for all your needs! She is a rock star and will keep me coming back forever!!! Thanks to the staff there for keeping my mouth right!!!!!!! love y’all!!!!!

I am extremely happy to say I visited Chester Road Family Dental as a first time patient today. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and taken care of. Dr Katie was so great! I got a filling today, and she was so much more gentle than my last dentist! And the dental assistant, Claire, was super sweet!

Chester Road Family Dental is absolutely top notch!! I have dealt with several different dental places in the Chesterfield/Richmond/Petersburg area, and I can assure you that THIS one is the one for you. I needed an "emergency" visit, and they were able to see me "same day"!!! , and I was a FIRST time customer! Dr. Ben is fantastic, and the ENTIRE team are an amazing group of people!! They helped me with everything that needed to be done, and they had a smile on their faces the WHOLE time!!. Unmatched customer service!! Just an amazing group of people!! They make visiting the dentist feel like a vacation!! I wish I had found them sooner!!
