Artistic Family Dental of Chicago Heights

I appreciate the efforts of the dentists at the Highland IN location, and love Mildred at the Highland IN front desk. But the admin staff is unprofessional and unskilled. After several appointments with them and requesting cost summaries they never disappoint in asking me to pay upfront. They seem to always be looking for ways to create a problem with my insurance. They are not warm and inviting, lack positive and kind customer service to offer assistance. Instead they try to find fault and hurdles to make coming to have dental work done a negative experience. In a highly competitive market, they just don't seem to care.

This was my first time attending Artistic Family Dental-Chicago Heights office. I had an emergency appointment. They scheduled me the same day, I called. Dr. Kara was the only doctor on staff at the time who serviced me along with her professional and friendly staff. I recommend this location for your dental needs.

Absolutely amazing service! Staff is professional, incredibly accommodating, education-focused, friendly, and thorough. They also offer upfront pricing so there are no surprises. The office is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and appointments are properly spaced to avoid excessive wait times. Artistic is a definite WIN for the heights. We need more quality services and healthcare here. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I came to the clinic not knowing what to expect. The staff is great! I was comfortable from day 1. Things were explained to me thoroughly and everyone was professional. I would definitely recommend. I love the staff. You all the best. This is where I will be going for my dental care, wish I would have gone a long time ago.

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They go above and beyond to make patients comfortable. Heydi was amazing. She was very patient, very professional, and very kind. The dentist, and her staff took the time to listen to my questions, and explained everything clearly. The offices are very clean and very organized. I felt well cared for the entire visit. Great place.
