Chippewa Center for Dental Excellence

This was my first appointment with “Dental Excellence” and it went so smoothly! First I was taken in for X-Rays, which went like clockwork with a pleasant Staff member. I then was introduced to the Dentist who politely talked to me about my new dental pics. I then met with the Hygienist for my cleaning. She politely introduced herself & gave me information on the procedure & then proceeded to check my gums, then started cleaning my teeth. She was very gentle with the instrument’s. I then went to the Staff in the front office for my paperwork, they were very informative about my charges & printed my copies. I was then done with my visit and very pleased of pleasant outcome! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff :) I moved back to the area about a year ago, and have used the Center for Dental Excellence for two emergencies; both times I received prompt, kind, and thorough service. I have made them my new dental provider!

Had great day they fixed/filled a coupe chips and got my 6mo. cleaning all done in one visit and in less than a hour!

Betsy K. here. I have found that the staff overall are very friendly and gentle. I did mark down one star because I have to be extremely careful of masking due to having had a bilateral lung transplant almost 11/2 years ago, especially during flu and cold season and being in a small enclosed area. I was asked to take my mask off but the tech refused to pull her mask up(she was wearing it down on her chin). She refused to pull it up over her nose until the dentist came in and immediately masked. Then she pulled her mask up and left it up for the remainder of the procedure. I've never had any healthcare provider disrespect my request that either I mask or they mask while we're in a room. My life actually depends upon it. Otherwise, the rest of the staff get 5 stars.

Everyone is always so kind at this dental center. I have consistently had the same hygienist since I started coming, which is important to me. She has helped me so much with maintaining good dental hygiene by giving me tips and suggestions. I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dental center!
