I can't rate them more than average because I waited for 2 hours and they never did anything more than take an xray. They might be good. They might be terrible. All I know is that they refused to help even though my doctor sent a letter saying it was OK (I was a heart patient several months ago but I am fine now). Caution is good, but that was extreme. And I still have a bad tooth.

I had a new patient appt here to get my teeth cleaned. I can’t remember the hygienist name I wish there were pictures of the employees on the website considering I’m better with faces and not names.. but I think it may have been Heather. Anyway she is a wonderful made me feel welcome very soft spoken. She gave me recommendations to better my oral health. I had my daughter who is 9 months and didn’t make me feel like she was in the way of anything. As a new mom some appts are hard with a baby. So I appreciated this immensely. She deserves something special!!

I just went to Dr. Palmer today to have a wisdom tooth extracted. He is wonderful! The dental assistant Diane was so nice and helpful! He had my tooth out in just a few seconds. No pain whatsoever. I 100% recommend and I will continue my dental care there!

I have the worst dental anxiety. I have a panic attack every single time. I have conquered a lot of my dental anxiety coming here. Everyone is so sweet patient and accommodating. Dr Palmer is truly the best along with his staff.

I hope this review will be helpful to someone who shares the same high level anxiety about going to a dentist as I do. Over 20 yrs since I had last seen one type of anxiety. This dentist office is the first one that I've ever been to that is centered to caring for the patient and not about the money. Not only does the atmosphere help but also every professional face you will see here is of the kindest and most friendliest people you will ever meet. After having alot of work done and a total of 7 teeth extracted at this office. I actually look forward to my next "visit" instead of "appointment". With the help from Dr. Caleb Rainey and all the wonderful staff, I can say confidently that I have gotten over my dentistry fear. The first step is making that appointment everything else is easy they'll make sure of it!

First time visit for lil guy and the staff was wonderful. Our dental hygienist and Dr Palmer made him very comfortable. I already knew they were good because I’ve been going for almost 30 years but of course I was worried about his first visit.
