Impressed with the service and quality of all the staff, from front desk to dental hygienist and the doctor, very professional, pront to respond to questions and give appointments. This was an excellent visit, no weird charges and very transparent with costs not like some other practices

My son Nathaniel has been visiting the dentist for quite some time now, and each experience has been enjoyable. He's always greeted with a warm, happy smile, which makes going to the dentist a positive experience for him. The dental hygienist is incredibly friendly and caring, doing a fantastic job. My son really adores her and always looks forward to their visits.

It had been years since I had seen a dentist due to fear and anxiety, but from my very first appointment at Happy Smiles, I felt completely at ease. Dr. H is truly exceptional. From the first visit, he took the time to explain my treatment plan thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’ve had fillings and an extraction done here, and the care was precise, gentle, and professional. The entire team works seamlessly, and Giselle is especially kind and attentive. This office sets the standard for high quality dental care, and I wouldn’t trust my smile to anyone else.

After my son's old dentist retired, we were looking for a dental office where my adult son, who has special needs, would feel comfortable. We are so happy with Happy Smiles Dental! Katy at the front desk is amazing and so helpful! She's helped make sure our insurance was accepted and setting up appointments. The rest of the team does an amazing job making my son feel at home. He had a cavity (his first in 26 years) and other dental offices said he'd need to go to the hospital to be put to sleep. The dentist at Happy Smiles was able to get it filled so quickly and no need for sedation. Very pleased with every visit we've had!

I was pretty hesitant to get back into the dentist’s office since it had been a long time, and I wasn’t sure if I’d even picked the right place. But my hygienist, Jennifer, completely put me at ease from the moment I sat down. She walked me through every step of the cleaning, explained what she was doing, and had such great bedside manner that I actually enjoyed the experience, something I never thought I’d say! There was zero judgment about how long it had been, just kindness and professionalism. I really appreciated that. I left feeling comfortable, confident, and motivated to come back regularly. Highly recommend Jennifer and this office!

I was in search of a new padiatric dentist in the area for my kids. One that they were comfortable in and the staff was more personable. I stumbled across Dr. Ali in my search. He is a professor at Walter Reed army medical, and a great physician. He has a quiet office that is tucked away just south of Urbana MD. My kids walked in with me expecting the "dreaded dentist". Instead they felt at home. Dr. Ali came out and greeted them making a great first impression. The office is clean, well organized and the staff are friendly. I'd highly recommend this office if you have kids who need a primary care dentist.
