Breann is my hygienist usually and is excellent. Always makes my dentist visit pleasant. The hygienist I had today was very rough on my gums and teeth. It just was not a pleasant experience like it usually is. The lady was nice but I hope I don’t have her again.

I called today hoping to establish regular care as a new patient for myself and my daughter. It was very odd that I had to call 4 times because I got different automated/AI responses that never connected me. The first call I placed said there was an issue and then "this call cannot be completed as dialed" and hung up on me. So I confirmed the number on their website and tried again. The next two calls said "this call may be recorded for quality purposes" and then was just silence. It didn't ring or connect me or anything. So I checked the number on google before deciding to try one last time. On the 4th try, it repeated the same recording notice before ringing briefly. So when someone answered I told her the reason for my call and explained how it was weird I had to call 4 times just to get through. She cut me off ignoring my concern entirely, and she just said, "You're calling for an appointment"? So I thought she may have just dismissed it as an issue on my end. So I replied, "Yes. I was just trying to be helpful because I think it may be an issue with your phone line". Then quickly explained why I thought that it was an issue on their end. Now she wasn't only short with me but also sounded rude (in tone and inflection) when responding, "I'm not in charge of that. You’re calling to get scheduled"? At this point I'm concerned about the bad manners on my very 1st call and this being an issue in the future that would cause me problems. So, I said, "Okay. It just seems kind of important for you to mention to someone who can get that fixed". She then got a full on attitude and replied, "I don't answer calls. We have like AI or whatever. Are you scheduling an appointment or not"? Now, I had been polite even after she was snotty with her last comment. But I'm spiritual gangsta enough to avoid reacting, but not tolerate disrespect. This time I responded, "Well I wanted to, but I am not sure I want to schedule if this is going to be an issue moving forward. No need to be rude". She just said,"Okay. That's fine." Even if I wasn't someone who has worked in customer service or communication heavy jobs, anybody would think this was obviously not an interaction anyone should have to deal with. It is especially not okay when you're unnecessarily making the client's first impression negative and then blatantly don't care when you lose two potentially long term clients that would have needed multiple services already! So I'll be calling back to let an office manager or someone else know my reason why I'll be going elsewhere!

Clean, modern facility. Staffed with friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was nervous because this patient was my grandson. They explained everything and kept him calm and cool. (That helped me). Absolutely to notch service!’

It's taking me along time to write this post! I was a patient for many years here. But then I noticed they were not doing thorough cleanings. My daughter was in and out within 10 minutes. There's no way they did a cleaning that fast. I took her somewhere else for a second opinion and after years and years of coming here and getting her cleanings here and them continually saying that she didn't have any cavities. She had some. My daughter and I found a different dentist and will never return to this place.

Quick appt, fast extraction of 4 wisdom teeth for our 17 year old. Very nice people, very professional and courteous. Office is clean and modern. I really like Dr Gatten is great!

I put off getting my wisdom teeth taken out for 8 years because of anxiety. I came here and they took X-rays, got me in for surgery a week after and somehow made getting my wisdom teeth out not only a calm, but fun experience. I’m so thankful for the staff and would come here again ❤️

Very friendly staff. Dr Gatten was great!! 2/3 of my filling had came out, so I needed an extraction. He done a great job, the numbing process I was amazed it didn’t hurt. His assistant was also friendly and great. I would highly recommend this place.

A big THANK YOU to Dental Solutions of Columbus for their prompt, efficient and super friendly service. My son needed to have a wisdom tooth surgically removed, as his regular dentist was unable to pull it. They got him in quickly and wizzed through the procedure in short order and made sure he was comfortable while he recovered. He and I both recommend you call these folks first for your dental needs

Probably the easiest, most kind & attentive dental experience ever. From start to finish! They made me completely comfortable and my healing journey has been going well. Much, much better than I was anticipating, as this was the first time to have teeth pulled. Highly recommend!
