If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I would not recommend this dentist or practice. I waited over an hour before being seen, and my experience with the dentist was disappointing. He was dismissive and rude during my appointment. At one point, he left in the middle of my filling procedure, and the staff had to call him back while I was waiting for the local anesthesia to take effect. After the procedure, I experienced significant pain because the filling was not done correctly. The office was unable to accommodate a later appointment time, and since they close early, I had to seek treatment at another dental office. I was informed that the filling had not been sealed properly and needed to be repaired. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience.
This was my first time here. My mouth feels better, but the experience was not pleasant. I felt lied to when it came to the X-rays I needed, as I believe I was told the full panel wasn’t working, but then later was given a full panel when the Dr insisted it be done. The dental hygienist made a comment about the fact that even if I don’t have insurance, I can still come in for a cleaning (Due to the state of my mouth after a year of not going). This was a big misunderstanding of why I hadn’t been for a cleaning in a while. As my depression and stress has been the barrier to me finding a Dentist. I had told her the reason I hadn’t been was because I got new insurance but had yet to find a dentist. I was already feeling down due to my insurance not covering the cost of my appointment today, and this comment made me feel worse. I really would have appreciated no comment at all on that matter. The Dr and the hygienist were talking about getting the full panel done because there was something in the back right of my mouth. I told them that I got my wisdoms removed and they left a pice because it was too close to the nerve. The dr still wanted to do the panel (I think I have cavities and I also paid for the service so I also want the panel). Once the dr looked at the results and the hygienist came back to talk to me, she proceeded to tell me about the pice of wisdom tooth. I told her, yes I know, the people who did my wisdoms left it there. (Like I had said) and she laughed and was like oh you knew? I just don’t understand why no one asked me and why no one listened the first time I said it. You can ask me questions if there is something in my mouth that looks weird, I’m with my mouth 24/7 so I might know what it is. They said I don’t have any cavities even thought I thought I did, so that’s good news. But I’m still confused. I went in saying I had pain when I eat. So is that part of the mild gingivitis that I was diagnosed with? Is the medication I am taking partly causing dry mouth which is leading to the gingivitis? I wanted to ask these things? But no longer felt comfortable asking, because I just wanted to leave.
Never get dentures from this place. Absolutely the worst experience ever. 10 mnths and nothing yet. One day they let me sit in the lobby for 1.5 hrs before telling me they did not have my partials. That was only after I asked what was taking so long. After canceling my last 2 appointments, they said I would receive a call when the wax dentures arrive. This was 3 mnths ago. I finally just started the process over at a new place. I just did the wax fitting at a different company. Trinity has not even called for my wax fitting yet. The staff wants to blame the company that makes the dentures. At what point should Trinity except blame for kepping the client with NO FRONT TEETH FOR 10 MONTHS!! I do not recommend this company in any way. I don't think I could hate a company more? The complaint phone number, garbage. Nothing was done when I told them that I had been without front teeth for 6 months.
I can’t say enough great things about Trinity Dental in Conroe! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff made me feel welcome and at ease, and the entire office was spotless and inviting. The dental team was incredibly thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain each step of my treatment. They genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. What could have been a stressful dental visit turned into a positive and pleasant experience. If you’re looking for a dental office that provides exceptional care, outstanding customer service, and treats you like family, I highly recommend Trinity Dental. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a great one!
This team is amazing! This is the first dental office I’ve been to where the staff truly feels like family, and the patients do too. The atmosphere has changed a bit over the past year — it’s a little quieter now. Personally, I preferred the louder, more open and communicative environment they had before. Even so, they’re still a wonderful team, and I highly recommend them!
I had a great experience at Trinity Dental Centers in Conroe. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The front desk was efficient and helpful, and I didn’t feel like just another number. The dentist and hygienist were both excellent. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions without rushing, and made sure I understood my options. You can tell they actually care about their patients and not just getting you in and out. The work itself was smooth, thorough, and as painless as it could be. The office was clean, well-organized, and had a calm atmosphere, which made a big difference. Overall, this is one of the better dental experiences I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend Trinity Dental Centers to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dentist in the area.
Dr. Tuka is an amazing doctor. She explained all the treatment needed and was very detailed on why it was necessary. You are in great hands when you walk into the office The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Sam, my daughter's hygienist, is AMAZING. I really love how kind, encouraging and caring she is towards my special needs daughter. She is genuinely kind and does a great job. Her smile lights up the room and she put my daughter at ease. We had some communication with billing issues the first several visits. But now those are gone and I think that is resolved. The staff is very nice. The facility could use some updates.
