I've been using Coral Springs Dental for the past 5 years. Always a professional and pleasurable experience. I've never felt uncomfortable. All of my Dr's have treated me very well and walked me through every aspect of all of my procedures. I never felt pain during or after any process. I would definitely recommend their dental services to anyone in need.
I’ve been going to Coral Springs Dental Center for years, and I absolutely love this office. The staff is efficient, personable, and always makes me feel comfortable. I especially appreciated being able to begin my treatment plan the very same day. They truly understand what makes a great dental office. I highly recommend them!
This was my first visit at Coral Springs Dental Center and It was a wonderful experience. I’ve had bad experiences at other places but I’m so thankful I found a place I feel comfortable going. Claudia was the Dental hygienist and she was so gentle and kind. The dentist was Dr Cela and he very thorough and made sure I was comfortable. This will be my place now come to for my teeth.
I am a long term patient of this practice who has referred multiple clients. The dentist was unable to assist, and I received conflicting information from her and as well as staff about who can perform my extraction. Dr. Rodriguez has a terrible bedside manner and walked out before I could explain that I cannot take Ibuprofen/Motrin due to a previous weight loss surgery. This, however, shows that she did not review my chart prior to seeing me as it is clearly stated on their in my list of prior procedures. This is how medical errors occur. Dr. Rodriguez stated to me as well that the extraction could be performed by a general dentist. However, per Sam, according to her notes, only Dr. Bland could perform the extraction. This contraindicates what the young lady with the nose ring in the front told me before I left the office. I had called and waited 45 minutes (mind you, I’m in severe dental pain) and explained that I had already attempted to taken Tylenol. Sam stated she spoke to Dr. Rodriguez and the doctor stated Tylenol was the only thing I could take. I already explained this to her when I was in the office. To add insult to injury, I asked for a copy of today’s dental X-rays to be sent to me so I can forward them to a provider who was willing and able to perform the extraction sooner. I still have not received that form and it’s been nearly an hour. Their lack of actions prove a lack of care for the safety and comfort of an established patient in pain. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with the care and services rendered today by the staff at Coral Springs dental care. I do not feel valued as a patient, a customer, and have justified reasons behind this. I would still appreciate my records, and the office has my contact information if they care to rectify this disappointing situation. However, given their display of lack of care in this matter, I highly doubt I will receive a call. Edit: I had previously called the number provided by the business below with no assistance.
Online the photos are clean and inviting. In person, it is just one word...Unacceptable. My husband and my appointment were at 12pm 6/6/26 and upon entering the facilty to see a dead roach and stains on the wall are flags1. The hygenist, barely said anything to me. No hello or welcome, just follow me. As we are walking to our station, debri and hair continuously draw the eye. Not done. Upon arrival to the chair, more garbage left on the floor. Xrays were taken only for me to notice substances on the equipment. This is NOT how ANY medical facility should operate. I terminated the remainder of my appointment. When speaking to a manager, she stated the staff complained that morning about the cleanliness, yet they chose to operate as normal anyway. Note: I asked permission from this manager BEFORE taking photos to justify my experience. The reception team was polite and quick to assist us both. Please do not come here it was absolutely disgusting.
good experience from start to finish. i was taken in within a few minutes after arriving. when i explained to the hygienist that i had trouble tolerating x-rays he was very patient with me and i got through it with minimum discomfort. the dentist was extremely kind and explained everything that should be done based on my x-ray . he suggested what he felt should be done first and what could wait for treatment. there was absolutely no pressure to do everything immediately. then before i left they gave me a printout of all the recommended procedures and the cost that would be covered my insurance so there would be no surprises or up charges later on (which unfortunately a lot of dentists apparently are doing)
I found all of the staff to be friendly and professional. Nasa Is a fabulous dental hygienist, very gentle yet thorough. Such a nice personality. Dr. Shulman has a great bedside manner and really knows what he’s doing. He made me very comfortable and he is HIGHLY skilled! I recommend this dentist over anybody I have ever had before.
